Found us a tenant extremely fast (although we had to push for them to put it on the market at a higher rental price which we got in the end). Since the tenants have moved in we have been kept up to date and have been looked after very well - Leanne Clarke has been particularly helpful in being the middle man between us and the tenants and has always responded to any of our queries promptly and professionally.
