When comparing our experience with other agents we’d been dealing with for the other properties we had viewed to rent, Dexters were much more helpful and attentive. We met Nick from Dexter and he was extremely helpful with guiding us through the process. As people new to the London rental market, he was great in answering all our questions. The process was as smooth as it could be. As for the property, we had a lot of requirements and Nick was able to recommend a place which fit that bill exactly. We even trusted him enough to see a viewing the day it became available and that’s the one we went with because it ticked all the right boxes for us. Being able to go into any branch to do our right to rent check was very helpful too. We would highly recommend Nick and Dexter.

I was assisted by Georgiana who proactively reached out with a rental property she thought would be of interest to me. I had the pleasure to deal with Nick O'Neill who went above and beyond to help us through the process of renting a flat with a an extremely difficult landlady who eventually rejected the offer after accepting it. Nick is extremely friendly and professional at the same time and one of the main reasons we were willing to go with a horrible landlord was because of how much we were impressed with his service.
