I've had a great experience with the Dexters Shad Thames office, especially Konrad and James. I have been renting my properties since 2014, in the last 10 years I met lots of professionals in this sector BUT none of them can be compared with Konrad and James. They are not only professional, but they are also competent in any area of the letting, they answer your messages/emails in no time and most importantly they are client driven, their main goal is the client's satisfaction. They have helped me with any questions I have had, with regards to the lettings market and even the new licensing schemes. They have been extremely helpful and I would highly recommend Dexters! '

I've worked with Konrad on renting a new property from Dexters. Always very helpful, professional and reachable. He managed to get a good agreement for us and was always very open expectations. Overall, good experience! On the other hand, I strongly believe that negotiations should be conducted directly between the tenants to the landlord as it would save everyone a lot of time and frustrations.

I worked with Saskia in my letting and I found the process extremely pleasant. Saskia was super responsive, professional and made sure that we were looked after properly. A bit of context, we were renting from abroad and we were particularly stressed about the whole process, being the first time that we rented in London. Working with Georgiana, was an absolute pleasure! She was not only efficient and responsive but also incredibly friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to. Throughout the entire process, Georgiana's attention to detail and her exceptional communication skills were a real highlight. She kept us well-informed and supported us every step of the way. Georgiana even went above and beyond by allowing us to do a second viewing to measure some specifics for our curtains. I had a very pleasant experience with Georgiana Hoskin -Spinks (manager from Dexter's) and Konrad. Everyone knows the rental market in London is brutal, but Georgina made it very easy and smooth in my house hunting. I contacted her for one property and she was able to show me 3 different properties during the viewing and helped me understand the 3 properly. Unlike some others in London market, she also did not rush me and allowed me to take my time to view the properties! Out of the 3, I finalised one - here as well Georgiana showed her skills and expertise and helped me - she gave me good tips on how to put forward the best offer (while still being reasonable and not overpriced!) - full marks for her negotiating skills! Once I got the house, she also got the references sorted rather quickly and all the paperwork done in a week. On top of that, she answered all my questions immediately, helped me understand the technical jargon in the contract and was always very approachable and someone who is very polite and easy to talk to! I felt like I was talking to a friend ! It was a very pleasant experience with Georgiana and I hope all agents in London show the same skills and qualities that Georgina displayed - the property market would definitely benefit from such people!
