GoogleKonrad is extremely polite. He was very patient showing everything around the house and trying to clarify all our doubts. We had an unexpected huge traffic delay but when we got there he received us professionally with a nice welcoming smile. He couldn’t do more for us.

GoogleNick was brilliant. He took note of what we were looking to rent and called us as soon as one came available. We had viewed our current flat before it had been uploaded to their website or Rightmove/Zoopla. He was helpful with negotiations with the landlord and facilitated an easier way to sign the tenancy agreement whilst my partner and I were travelling which we greatly appreciated. Excellent agency and agent.

GoogleAlthough we didn't end up going ahead with the property, dealing with Dexters was by far the best estate agent experience that I've had. I'm particularly grateful to Konrad H., who handled our viewing and discussions afterwards. He was warm and friendly, he always got back to us quickly, and he was very helpful for answering our questions and guiding us through the letting process. Would be very happy going back to Konrad and Dexters in the future.

GoogleThe Dexters agents were very helpful in their assistance with trying to find a property. I personally dealt with Georgiana, who was very friendly and active in helping our offer get through the landlord. The whole process was easy and I felt supported by her and the agency throughout. They were all very responsive and would definitely consider them when looking for flats in the future.

GoogleAs our new tenant has not yet moved in, I cannot talk about the management side of Dexters' service. However, so far I have been extremely satisfied with both Konrad and James' work. Polite, efficient, punctual and helpful - emails are written with care and attention - phone calls answered immediately or returned promptly. Most importantly, they found us a tenant in good time and at a good rent. So far, so good! ( I never give 5 stars, believing that 4 encourages...)
