GoogleThis agency is not to be taken seriously. They have wasted my time two days in a row. On both occasions They had confirmed a viewing for a flat listing that was live on their website, and yet they canceled on me just before the appointment. On the first occasion the given reason was they had no access to the flat. Which they should have verified before verifying the viewing with me. The next day things got even weirder as I was told the agent that verified the viewing was currently on an airplane and they didn't know which property we're going to view but it will be possible next week. All this while the listing was live on the internet. If you value your time Just do your self a favour and go with another agency as a tenant or owner.

GoogleMy experience with Dexters has been really good. They are very professional and the customer service is great. Leanne is our property manager and she has been very helpful and responsive in all communication regarding our flat, from contacting the landlord to arranging repairs etc. I would recommend Dexters to anyone considering renting a flat in London!
