Great service throughout the sale process, generated a lot of viewings and we had good offers quickly. The photos looked fantastic and we were very happy with the promotion of the flat. The sale process itself took on many twists and turns, but the team at Dexters kept a cool head throughout and we finally got things over the line. Special mention to Frances and Davina who were excellent over the course of the sale process. I'd definitely use again, but a word to the wise - use your own conveyancer.

Whilst we viewed multiple houses with different estate agents we were blown away buy how knowledgeable and approachable Micheal here at Dexters streatham hill was on our first viewing with them. Their houses were head and shoulders above what we’d seen and we were extremely impressed. We settled on a house very quickly, and worked with Dominic the majority of the time during this process. He was professional, easily approachable and kept us constantly in the loop, we were very impressed. I had originally purchased my property with Dexters, and knew that when the moment was right to list it on the market they were the best choice to make. They were receptive to what I wanted as a seller, quick and easy to work with and had the property listed within the week . Once listed Neda was amazing at reaching out to clients and secured us an offer in record time, keeping me updated through-out and always available if needed. After struggling to get any movement on our property sale for over 6 months with another estate agent, Dexters were able to secure an offer within 1 day of listing! Communication was clear and efficient throughout the entire process which helped to keep the many moving parts aligned through to completion. The guidance around price, marketing and photography really helped us to approach this sale feeling well informed and comfortable with our positioning in a challenging market.
