First time buyers: Having had a wonderful first viewing with Frances, Neda has taken on our purchase with care, compassion (after a previous sale fall through) and complete professionalism. Neda has been brilliantly pro-active and communication has been constant from day one, even if it’s simple check in to keep us updated on progress. That same professionalism has been echoed throughout the Streatham sales office, whenever we haven’t been able to speak directly with Neda. There is always a cheerful (and helpful) voice at the end of the phone. I don’t think we’ve ever been in a position of not having some form of return call/email- always very efficient. Thank you! More or less one month ago,me and my fiancé , we saw on internet a dexter property. We arranged the appointment for the viewing and we met Tara ,our agent. From the first property she immediately understood our needs reserving it for us. Immediately we signed the contract and started the online rental procedures. In all the steps Tara was very patient with us every day and supported us a lot. Without her help we would not have made it. Dexter’s sold my flat last year for above the asking price. On this basis, as well as the great service from George, Jordan and Amy I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I searched around the local estate agents and across the online estate agents like purple bricks. I choose Dexter’s in the end as whilst they were considerably more expensive than the online ones, they had the most energetic sales team and loads of buyers on their files. It was definitely the right choice as within a week they had over ten viewings and within a fortnight 4 offers! Once the sale was agreed George and Amy were fantastic - keeping me across all the developments and ensuring the sale moved quickly towards completion. Thanks Dexters!!

My experience was effortless start to finish. The agents for my viewings had good knowledge of the property and area. Dexters provided a very helpful guide of the purchase process and time frame, which I found this extremely useful as a first time buyer. Dexters communicated quickly and concisely to ensure we kept to our time frame. For example, under some pressure, they liaised quickly during our exchange to ensure we did so on time. Tara Markey-Lee was our assigned agent when looking to rent a property in the Streatham Hill area. She was incredibly polite, responsive and great at communicating between ourselves and the landlord. We needed to schedule a last minute viewing before signing and she arranged it no problem even though it would have been a logistical nightmare for the time we wanted to view. If your other agents are as professional as she is, then your office must be running with great success. Anyone looking to rent in the area, I highly recommend asking for Tara. Amazing care and service from the team at Streatham!! The property we have just signed a lease for was suggested to us by Beatriz who was super friendly and helpful, we had seen a flat we didn’t like (for this property Beatriz kindly moved the viewing time forward at our request with almost no notice- sorry!!) and she took our brief and instantly suggested a property - we went to see it and loved it! From viewing the property to completing the agreement it took 4 days! Between Beatriz and Tiana they both worked fast and were very responsive to our many phone calls and questions! Beatriz Pinto has recently helped successfully negotiate and coordinate a Company Let Agreement, which can often be more complex in nature. Over the moon with our sale. The team at Dexters were incredibly efficient, communicative, friendly and got the job done. Dexter’s Estate Agents in Streatham is by far one of the best I have held a tenancy with. They are always on the ball when I have any issues, be it maintenance or just general property letting queries, they always address situations immediately and solve them within a matter of days.
