Jamila has been instrumental in facilitating and brokering a particularly long and difficult flat sale with share of freehold. What started as a straight forward transaction with a committed seller and buyer, turned out to be a challenging transaction, with third party involvement and particularly challenging individuals, with very poor conduct. Jamila was faced head on with manipulative, dishonest, slanderous individuals connected to the sale and Jamila was required to be calm, professional, measured and dilligent throughout. This deal died several times in both the buyer and sellers mind, however Jamila remained positive, constructive, personable, proactive and solutions-led throughout, going over and above on several occasions. That persistence paid off in the end! Jamila is a true asset to the team!

In the long, painful and often desperate process of finding a home, we have dealt with a lot of estate agents, they open doors take offers, and then not much interaction. Right from the first phone call, James was polite and extremely helpful. He kept following up and keeping us updated on the process of securing the flat we were interested in. We hope we wont have to move in the near future, but if we were we would recommend Dexters to the highest level. We could not have done this without the help of James Darby and the team. Dexters operate in a league above the rest, with flawless professionalism and energy. Neda arranged a series of great property viewings which really showed that our requirement had been understood. We felt like Dexters would be a trusted agent to buy from. During the purchase process, Davina was consistently on hand to support and move things along once our offer was accepted. Davina also took the time to explain every step in the process, and in the end it was her herculean effort that helped get our purchase over the line, just before the end of the stamp duty break. Tara Markey-Lee was our assigned agent when looking to rent a property in the Streatham Hill area. She was incredibly polite, responsive and great at communicating between ourselves and the landlord.
