I was privileged to have Meilitsa to help me find a place to live. I needed a home - somewhere to live after a convivial separation. I viewed 4 x properties with my 2 x daughters (for guidance only as it is just for me) with Meilitsa showing us around. Honestly it was the first day I had viewings and I secured a fab place to live and am moving in early February. Lucky ?? I think not. I think maybe Meilitsa has an uncanny sense of what her clients need. And subsequent to me wanting the property, the process to securing the tenancy was so easy. I haven’t rented anything since I was a student back in the 1990’s. It’s different now but I was guided through the process by Meilitsa who was excellent.

The selling of our flat was a protracted and difficult process. Throughout it all, however, we had brilliant support from the Streatham office of Dexters. Special mention must be made of Matthew, who was a constant source of good advice and feedback, and Nathan who held the reins between solicitors and the buyer and saw us safely through the final stages. They were lovely to deal with and made special trips to read meters etc as our flat was empty for many months. I would not hesitate to recommend Dexters of Streatham to anyone with a property to buy or sell in that area.

Neda and the team at Dexters in Streatham were simply fantastic throughout our sale. We had to move very quickly to get our house on the market before Christmas and Dexters were extremely accomodating, easy to work with and wanted to tailor our house advert to us. Viewings were always arranged in good time (helpful with a toddler!) and the team were very proactive in communicating updates throughout the sale/between parties.
