Nathan and Jonathon were a delight to work with, they were so responsive and removed all my stress by answering every question I had in a timely and thorough manner. As a first time buyer i had a lot to learn both they were a great support throughout the process, helping me understand things i didnt understand by explaining them in a simple yet informative way. They were both really easy to get in touch with and keen to nudge the chain when needed, which again really helped! Especially grateful as the flat we have just brought was not even on the market but a suggestion from Jonathon who understood what my partner and I were looking for. I had such a positive experience having Dexters as the estate agents for the property I've just moved into. As a first time buyer, the process can be a little overwhelming and I found that Matt and Nathan were so helpful in explaining parts of the process I wasn't sure about, as well as always being so speedy to communicate. I recently sold my 1 bed flat in tulse hill via dexters. I spoke with 3 companies and went with dexters as the other 2 lacked clarity with the pricing and Dexters were the most logical and in touch with the market dynamics: I was very happy from day 1, right through to the sale, the company is very attentive to the client, they were always available when needed. In particular Freddie Fleck was excellent, professional, hard working and able to solve any issues that came up and manage the whole process to a high standard. I have no hesitation in recommending dexters, and if Freddie is selected from their team to handle your sale you will not be dissapointed.

Freddie has been excellent throughout whole process. (I had previously listed with another agent who failed to vet my buyer & sale fell through. They promised a higher sale price which did not materialise.) Dexters found a buyer and house completed within 8 weeks of offer. Jordan who came to value house was extremely helpful & offered loads of advice, which was the main reason I went back to them after other agency let me down. Overall had a complex sale however Dexters as a whole were great from the sale, right through to completion. Freddie was the POC for the sale and was always up to date on giving feedback and guidance ensuring the property got the best chance of selling at the correct price point. Once we accepted an offer it was handed over to Nathan who was the POC for completion. Nathan was proactive, responsive and consistently kept us updated at every stage. Communication was clear and timely, and he was always quick to follow up and keep things moving within the chain. We always felt informed about where things stood, which made a real difference. James was particularly helpful in helping me secure my current flat.
