I had a fantastic experience with Dexters Streatham as a first time buyer. George Carlin is an excellent Sales Consultant, and showed us a property that was perfect for us that I otherwise would have overlooked. Throughout the process George and his colleague Amy Smalley have been helpful and in regular contact, and all in all we were able to buy our first home within an impressive turnaround of just six weeks. I decided to sell my property with Dexter’s after they found me a great property to buy. Within a few days we had several off market viewings with existing buyers on Dexter’s books. After a week we’d agreed a sale at asking price before the property had even gone to market. The team were great to deal with. Jordan helped me on my mission to find a home and she was brilliant. She showed me flats within my price range, and listened to my brief - unlike other agencies where they thought doubling the budget was the norm! Once I found my dream home she was great, helping out where she could with the paperwork and always having time for me, and my extensive family who wanted to be involved! I really felt that she was excited for me when my offer was accepted, now I'm looking forward to showing her all the work we've done to make it into my perfect home. I have bought and sold a number of properties over the years and therefore had lots of experience in dealing with estate agents, and they haven’t often been positive ones. However I have found the team at Dexters in Streatham great to deal with, and in particular Jordan. She has been extremely helpful throughout the sale of my property and a pleasure to deal with. Jordan clearly knows how to handle all elements of the end to end sale and purchase process and has done so honestly and efficiently, and with a positive attitude. I’d recommend Dexters and will choose to use them again - I’ll also be asking for Jordan to represent me specifically!

My experience of Dexter’s in Streatham was honestly brilliant. From the outset they were quick to value our flat, were always on hand to, and patient when, answering our questions during our deliberations as to which agent to use, they were super speedy in photographing/floor planning the flat- consequently it was brought to the market with very little delay from when we gave them the go ahead. We had lots and lots of views and a very good offer within 2 weeks of marketing the flat. All that being said, the most impressive aspect to Dexter’s is their communication- not only with us so we were constantly updated but crucially amongst their team- whether I spoke to Richard, Harry, Gaz, or Jourdan- they immediately knew to which property I related and all what was going on with it. With a baby and a toddler it meant, gratefully, that all my calls with them were as efficient as possible both in terms of time and content. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Dexter’s and will return to them in future.

Dexters have been unbelievably helpful in my quest to find a property in what is currently a very difficult market. Gaz in particular has maintained his patience and charm at viewing after viewing until I found something I wanted. Having had a property fall through with Townends down the road, the level of service I have received with Dexters is incomparable - Gaz has been key to making sure the sale goes through swiftly and smoothly and has immense knowledge of renovation work, which is an added bonus! Definitely recommended!

No time wasting or trying to push something on us we didn't want. Also he was upfront with any issues with properties we saw. We were under pressure to find a property in a short time frame; Jordan listened to our specific requirements and taking all on board, she was able to find the perfect property for us.
