GoogleI sold a property in Chiswick last week and secured 8% over asking price. The conveyancing process was challenging and Dexters helped keep the buyers engaged through to closureI can’t recommend Dexters, Ally and the sales team highly enough.

GoogleI would love to say that i had a wonderful experience with Decters Chiswick Estate Agents, especially with Miss Fiona who helped alot, and she was answering all my questions, with a smile. GoogleI recently let my flat with Dexters in Chiswick after previously always using a smaller agent. I was nervous to make the change but the team have been very supportive and in particular, Phil Truss has been invaluable in guiding me through the changeover process. They have also secured me a higher rent and a longer contract for the new tenant- very happy customer!

GoogleMy English is not the best, but I will try to make myself understood!! I want to write this review for two people who followed us immediately and dedicated all their time to the accurate search of our home. Narayan and Geneva. We found ourselves well immediately, we are very demanding people but they were able to understand this detail and helped us find the perfect home. The agency is professional, they had spoken very well to us and we were right to trust us because the professionalism and preparation of the agents is at 360 degrees. We were impressed and it is a very important point of reference for us in Chiswick. And it is right that this you all knows. A special thanks to everyone.

GoogleI'd been looking for a new home in London for around 4 months and dealt with a number of estate agents, and the experience was not generally a pleasant one. I found my gorgeous new flat with Dexters a few weeks ago and have been really impressed with them, in particular with Arek Kulis who has honestly been fabulous throughout the whole process. He made what is normally quite a stressful time as easy as possible and was always professional,, reliable and just lovely to deal with! I think the whole thing got done in a few days mainly down to his hard work. Thanks so much Arek!

GoogleMe and my boyfriend had a great experience with Dexters Chiswick. Especially with Arek Kulis, he was very helpful and guided us very well at the viewings. He understood our needs and he did not quit until he found us what we were looking and in our budget! We've never had an experience like this with a real estate agent. Thanks to Arek we are now very happy in our new home. And even when he has finished his job, he is always quick to respond to any questions or help we need.

She knew exactly what we were looking for and we finalised our flat within a week. It has been an amazing experience with Dexters as Kate helped us through every minute detail till we signed our agreement. GoogleAfter registering with pretty much every estate agent in Chiswick, Dexters were by far the best and Natasha in particular has been a total dream! They paid great attention to what we were looking for and sent us lots of relevant properties within our budget/requirements. Natasha was so accommodating when it came to arranging viewings, sorting paperwork and everything else, making the whole process seem so easy. Thanks to Natasha we found a super new home. She was friendly and professional throughout the whole process and always available by call/email for any questions we had. She even called us a few days before the move to make sure everything was ok and to congratulate us officially on our new home & then after we moved in to make sure everything was in order.
