Both George Whitburn and George Steer were innovative in their thinking and pragmatic and patient in their approach to a tricky purchase. (Husband and wife divorcing, so delays and disruptions at times.) However, got there in the end and purchased a very lovely garden flat. Appreciate all the effort put in to make this happen!

I've had a great experience over seven years with Dexters in Chiswick. Recently, I moved out of my long term flat and Dona was particularly helpful and kind. I met John from Dexters when I asked for a valuation for selling my parents house who unfortunately passed away this year. He really knew his stuff and was so keen to help that we chose Dexters. I really needed estate agents who I could just depend on and John and his team came up trumps; from advice, valuation, getting the right price and giving us the right news at the right time. I never needed to call him to chase anything and loved his efficiency and friendly expertise. After the offer was agreed, George managed the rest of the sale. He always made himself available and similarly kept me in touch with any updates and really making sure everything kept moving, right up to exchange, it was great to have support, expertise and be able to get any advice needed throughout. I'm just so impressed! I wish I had more houses to sell!

We sold our property through Dexters and I can honestly say that George was fantastic. You always hear of estate agents selling your property and then disappearing, leaving it with the lawyers and they move onto the next. This was far from our experience. It is safe to say that without George our sale could have dragged on even longer or even worse not completed at all. Covid was a real curve ball that no one expected but George kept us informed at all times, kept his cool and despite the constant hounding from us was always so pleasant to deal with and open to taking our calls.
