Negotiating the London real estate market was proving to be quite a challenge. On our third serious attempt to purchase a flat for our daughter, we found a nice place in Chiswick offered by George Steer at Dexters. There were multiple offers already. With George's help, we were able to secure the property at a price both sides thought was fair. We had excellent guidance and support through to the exchange from George and all of the support staff at Dexters. Highly recommend.

Dexters nailed it. I visited 6 different large real estate agencies in the same day because I had a very short timeframe to move to a new place. Dexters Chiswick was the only agency who was readily available to help and proactive in hitting the road to show me the renting options. all other just asked for my phone/email saying they would contact later (some never got in contact). Kudos to Mr. Arek Kulis the great agent I was lucky to meet. Mr Arek listened carefully to understand my family's needs and really partnered until I finally had the apartment keys in hand, which took just 2 weeks. I highly recommend Dexters and Mr Arek Kulis (lettings consultant).

I have been more than happy with the Dexters letting service and have been particularly impressed with the work of Kate Stevens, who works in the Chiswick office. Our current rental with another agency has been somewhat problematic. Kate assuaged our fears from the off in helping us finalise our move to a new home. She was professional, informative but most importantly has a skill that few people have. The ability to listen and understand the requirements of customers. Kate enabled a positive negotiation with the landlord, provided professional advice of our rights as tenants, helped us through the paperwork step-by-step and has been always available to answer questions, during the day, evenings and weekends. When she has not been available due to her work load she has always communicated with us at the earliest opportunity. In short, Kate has been polite, professional, helpful and diplomatic and a good advert for Dexters. I would be pleased for her to work for us again should we require a move in the future. I shall also be recommending her work to friends for their future moves.

Service was great start to finish. Having failed with two other agents we moved to Dexters and they sold in three weeks! Both Toby Littman and George Steer are very personable and professional and extremely responsive in their approach. Having nightmares with out solicitors, George went above and beyond to take the edge off and mediate the communication between solicitors on both sides. Toby and George took our concerns seriously and whilst we may not have been the biggest sake that branch have dealt with they treated us just as much of a priority! Would definitely recommend :-)

Had another great experience with Dexters Chiswick after renting a property in Watchfield court for 4 years and now renting another with them. Alex Lund was great and made the process extremely smooth for us and was extremely helpful. We have secured our next home through Dexters recently. The whole experience from first contact to final moving in was very positive and consistent. Dan and Kate from the Chiswick team were both involved in our journey. Dan was very engaging and took many efforts to find properties which suited our rather peculiar needs which was impressive. Kate helped us with viewings and preparing the deal. She is professional and friendly, she kept prompt communication with us and even went out of her way to confirm the internet fittings at our property which is hugely appreciated as it allowed us to book the broadband installation for our move in date instead of days afterwards.
