GoogleI have been renting with dexters as a short term tenant and Narayan Suman has been excellent to deal with. He dealt with all my questions with professionalism and patience during the rental process and has been extremely responsive since - including getting me spare keys when I locked myself out. Above and beyond!

GoogleWorst experience from the sales team. For the last 7 years, I'm living in the rental property managed by Dexters. I never had any issues with lettings team and is very much happy with them. Things changed when the property is listed for sale. Being I living in the property with my family, the Sales team never calls me before making any viewing appointment. I've told them in emails and calls multiple times that to call and check my availability before sending any emails. But looks like the sales team doesn't care about tenants personal life. The most appointment email they sent is always for Saturday evening.

I chose Dexters from the previous good experience from the Dexters Ealing and their extensive customer book shared among several offices in West London that was critical for the sales process in the currently challenging market. I have dealt with George Steer and Toby Littman. They have been flexible and proactive but sometimes lacking creative sales approach ideas.
