Despite such a chaotic and difficult rental market in London at the moment, we had the most wonderful experience with our lettings consultant Amy! I cannot even fathom why this agency has such a high rate in Google, given my experience with them over the last 7 years (yes, I know them very well). During the time I had the misfortune of dealing with them, they showed their sheer incompetence in many ways. To name a few: - They kept CCing a flatmate even 5 years after he left the flat, in spite of our constant reminders. - Three years ago (exactly on my birthday) we were notified about our last day of tenancy, even though we had already agreed to renew the contract weeks before - Sometimes they don't warn you in advance of viewings, and they left the lights on for days after one viewing (carried out while we were on holiday) - We received communications from them directed to the landlord, which explains why sometimes we didn't receive other information the landlord had already issued to them (for example, accepting an offer, etc.). The lack of communication and coordination among their employees is appalling. When we moved out we were afraid of dealing with another agency for our next apartment, but my Goodness, KFH Acton showed us how real professionals handle these things. Maybe I was unlucky, but it has been 7 years, so I gave them plenty of chances to up their game. I would avoid them like the plague.
