GoogleI had an excellent experience with Dexters Chiswick. Zach R was assigned to assist my parents in finding their new home and he did not disappoint. He was attentive to their needs while they were searching and was a great communicator between both parties during the sale process once a suitbale new hime was found. The sales process had a number of unavoidable bumps in the road but Zach assisted where he could to keep the process moving.
I would happily work with Dexters Chiswick and Zach again.

GoogleIt was quite a long legal procedure to come to exchange and completion for my purchase, but Fabio and George from Dexters were always there to guide the process and help where possible. I felt I could trust them to see the purchase through, and talk to them when needed. Importantly, there were no attempts to show the place to other potential buyers once I made my offer. This trust in an estate agent is essential, although perhaps not so common, when you buy a new home.

GoogleI moved to London from San Diego, California visited nearly all of the estate agents offices in Chiswick, but Dexters was able to help me find a beautiful flat I can now call home. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and informative. Harrison enthusiastically answered all of my questions and helped me go through the process of renting my first flat. Conducting a search for a flat that suited my needs was also smooth, as I walked into the office and Aaron helped me to go through all of the options.
Viewing the flat was also a very pleasant experience with Amy.
Natasha has also been amazing, helping me get everything sorted out after moving in, and is quick to respond to my inquiries.
Will happily use Dexters again!

GoogleThere are no fancy seats, they have only water to offer, they don't drive mini coppers for the viewings, the interior are not very nice. However, they know how treat potential customers. It was the best service I have had from an agency at the best price. Leigh, is a lovely lady and she really cares for what she is offering and how she deals with your specific requirements. She found us the loveliest place. The best way to describe what true customer service is, is by telling you the following:
One day I had problems with my key, I didn't have it! I was with my daughter, my husband was in Paris, and she was starting to be hungry. I rang the agency asking for help. She very kindly came, five minutes after my call and opened the door with the agencies spare keys. I was so thankful and embarrassed at the same time, but mostly really glad I choose them.
