Extremely rude staff, particularly a manager called Narayan Suman, who patronises you and thinks because "he's worked there for 8 years and done an ARLA course" he knows what's right rather than what's the law. He phoned from his home the night before once he knew what we were looking for to let us know that he had a property in mind for us that would be perfect, and that it wasn't yet listed on the market. He was prompt and very professional as well as friendly and personable during the showing. He worked hard with the landlord to negotiate a rent that would work for us, and continuted to contact us though we decided not to get the property. GoogleThey are an amazing team in Dexters but John Williams (director) in particular initially helped me when I was having trouble with another firm when selling my house. He was unbiased, helpful, gave me guidance on what I legally had to do and even directed a client in my direction which was of no benefit to his company but it solved my problem. Of course I have gone to Dexters to help me find a new home and every time I 'pop' in they are welcoming, cheerful, extremely knowledgeable about current properties and have come up with a few gems. Everything you need when trying to fine a new home. A six star company.
