GoogleIf you're considering renting your place out through an estate agent don't choose Dexters. We had a problem with our tenant which was exacerbated by Dexters incompetence. When it intensified they simply played one side off against the other, misinformed and allowed everybody else to shoulder the financial burden & stress while they just happily picked up their monthly fees. Their whole focus became covering their back & not on resolving the issue. You end up wondering what you are paying them for. They know how ineffective the ombudsman system is in resolving this kind of issue so they know they don't need to work with you to resolve any complaint.

GoogleJohn Williams, George Steer and their entire team were on the ball from Day 1 when I first replied to a viewing on Zoopla. Other agents ignored or responded lazily but Dexters noted all my needs and came back with relevant options frequently. They always respond to emails within the working day, set up viewings with knowledgeable co-workers and relayed my requests to third parties. So now we have exchanged contracts on my first choice apartment and are delighted with their service.
By the way, We are not 'normal' buyers in this market. We live in the USA with all that entails for time differences and expectations of service standards. Dexters Chiswick are way up there.

GoogleWe sold the property for a friend, who had to move to a care home, which was in itself stressful. Dexters marketed the property well, and found two prospective purchasers very speedily. Despite having purchaser's solicitors who were very slow and unprofessional, the sales team at Dexters were exceptional in their help and support, keeping us informed. We had named people to contact but they worked as a team, meaning there was always someone there to help us, and when things were slow they kept intervening to move things along. Would definitely recommend them.
