GoogleI have been in Chiswick dexters and I put an offer on a flat, and I paid £570 holding deposit and they have told they need to do the referencing,for 2 weeks they didn’t even call me and I start to chase that and at the end landlord didn’t accept me because referencing took a long time , my referencing has been past already with them so I started to view other property in Hammersmith branch and they suppose to show me a flat in Hammersmith area and they took me to other low condition flat in the same road and they said oh sorry it was mistake because it’s been in the same road , come on you have send me the conformation for the flat I asked you and you showing me a different rubbish flat which you can’t rent out , honestly I don’t recommend that dextors and the funny part it was they was about to keep my deposit as well but I manage to get it back. And now I don’t have enough time to find a place , Please please please do not trust Dexters they are not loyal and fair.

GoogleReally unhelpful and disappointing treatment received with Dexters whilst wrapping up our tenancy. Changed our checkout time last minute, did not perform thorough check in or check out. Big shame, as it has put us at loggerheads with our landlord, claiming for damages that were there when we moved in. I would say RIP but they do not deserve any rest
