My partner and I were looking for a flat to move into together for the first time. Amy Butler from Dexters Chiswick was absolutely amazing at helping us find a place so quickly. We had originally found a place in Chiswick which we sadly had to terminate the agreement however, Amy was amazing at trying to find us a replacement. She had called around everyone in the other branches in order to make sure we had first access to any new properties and we have now found an even better place to move into shortly! I don’t think we would have ever found it if it wasn’t for Amy’s hard work!

I want to thank Amy Butler; she is simply amazing: patient, kind and well just excellent. We have recently relocated back to the UK, and she made a very competitive flat search easy and straightforward. Due to travel, I wasn't able to view flats, so she arranged video tours for me and then in-person visits for my family. She then oversaw the offer, referencing and seamless handover, including support furniture delivery! She ensured that communication remained open and listened to me when I went through my list of requirements. I really appreciated Amy's support. I listed my flat with more then one agency, however Dexters quickly took the lead with viewings and follow ups. George Steer and his team secured the offer. There was always communications and if you have ever sold or negotiated anything, you know communication is KEY. There were several complex issues that came up throughout and George was always there to support the process. We are now completing and I can say his push and follow ups played a vital role in getting it to completion. Thank you... We decided to choose Dexters Chiswick branch after another Chiswick agent struggled to sell our flat. We were really impressed with Dexters pro-active approach as they got our flat under offer within one week of them having it on the market. The process of the sale took several months and there were some difficult and frustrating times throughout the conveyancing process. On the odd occasion during the difficult times, we sometimes felt that Dexters did not always fight our corner as they should have done however the effort and dedication to get the sale through has to be commended. Special mention to George Steer for his calm and resilient manner towards the end of the process, as he helped us get the sale over the line.

I don’t normally respond well to cold calling but Shahida was so warm and friendly and efficient sounding, that I felt comfortable giving Dexters my flat to rent. Indeed the whole team put in a lot of effort to find me the right tenants while I was away. They called me regularly with updates and my new tenants move in imminently. I was supposed to move in my flat today but Chiswick Dexters failed us. I was rang by the person who does the inventory check to get the keys. When we got there, we were shocked by the state of the flat that was left that we were told professionally cleaned and ready to move in. The state of the flat was; - There were lots of rubbish and stuff left in the property including cupboards, loft wardrobes and under the beds. - Wasn't event domestically cleaned let alone professionally - Dirty rug at reception room - Damaged Carpet in the Loft Bedroom - Newly Crack, and Chipped Paint in the Loft Bedroom - Floating shelves in the first floor bedroom - Broken Shelf in the Kitchen Cupboards - Bubbling veneer on a kitchen cabinet - Mouldy Bins - Button missing off a light dimmer switch - loose wooden ledge in the bathroom - Downstairs bedroom ceiling cracks - Cracked Tile in the kitchen splash back We had to move our furniture to storage and stay at hotel at our costs until this is sorted out. AVOID if you can.

In spite of many external and major challenges along the way, we feel very lucky to have worked with Fabio and George for the purchase of our future home. First of all, I want to thank them for everything. They showed great sympathy and respect for our needs as well as doing their best to support us when we faced bottlenecks and never gave up.
