We have had several dealings with Dexters over the last few years and can not rate them more highly. They gave us stellar financial advice prior to renovating and extending our property to ensure that we'd see a return on our investment at the point of sale. They took on the sale of our property prior to Liz Truss coming into power. Despite all of the exhausting challenges that 'The Lettuce' threw at us Dexters remained professional, confident and hard working in the face of this adversity. Through all of this they found us an exceptional price and held our hands to a successful completion with a demanding buyer. The two agents that handled our sale were Fabio Verducci and George Steer. Both were patient, helpful, professional and measured in their approach to selling our property and I was elated to have them on our side. We will certainly be working with them again when it comes to us buying our next property.

When I recently needed to find a place to rent in Chiswick, I contacted Dexter's in Chiswick High Street. I had the pleasure of working with Narayan from the Dexter's Chiswick office. Narayan has all the attributes you look for in a good real estate person. He has excellent communication skills and is extremely personable. Narayan is knowledgeable regarding the rental and sales markets in this area and I found his insight and advice invaluable. He is very professional, prompt and competent. He spent time understanding what I was looking for and did not waste my time recommending properties that clearly would not work for me. He is a pleasure to work with from the start to the finish of the rental procedure. He negotiated with the landlord for me and arrived at an excellent agreement. I recommend Dexter's and Narayan in particular very highly.

Well where do we begin? I can’t begin to tell how happy we have been with the level of service, commitment dedication hard work effort, The list just goes on at this company has provided us with especially especially Mr Narayan who has worked tremendously hard without a shadow of doubt. Mr Narayan is part of the letting team at Dexter‘s. Words fail me in describing his work ethics his dedication which he has displayed and shown us as Clients. The letting team along with these individual worked extremely hard in finding us the right tenant securing the right contract. He was true to his word and got us the best possible deal. We had an amazing experience with Chiswick sales team. Our point of contact was George who was professional and extremely helpful at all times. We would highly recommend using George even if you are based overseas (which was our case) as he goes far and beyond to support you throughout the whole process. Additionally, we had excellent experience working with the lettings and the property management teams. Most recently, Ricardo was providing us with a few detailed reports and information for the tenants leaving the property. Ricardo’s support was invaluable to us - he went over and above his normal duties to complete the tenancy requirements in the most professional and efficient way. Rented a flat through Dexters Chiswick earlier this year. I have to say I really appreciated how brilliant dexters were especially the agent Natalie. Information about the flat was clear and plentiful throughout the process. Never felt under any pressure to make an offer or a decision straight after a viewing. Whenever I had a question it was answered very quickly via email or telephone. When it came to the tenancy application, it was a very smooth and easy process. Not only was Natalie very helpful with this, other staff at the chiswick office were always able to answer any questions and be helpful. Whenever I went into the office staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Really excellent service overall.

I worked with Dexters on a purchase which we recently exchanged on, which ended up being a long and drawn out transaction for a number of different reasons. Throughout, Dexters (and in particular John Williams) were lovely and helped me through the process, and on things I could do to handle the difficulties being faced.
