I believe this is largely to do with the sales consultant we dealt with and I highly recommend him - Oliver Osler-Holt - Oliver was friendly, engaging, listened and only sent us properties within our specifications... Also dealing with one agent as opposed a different agent each time we had a viewing, created a relationship based on trust and a high standard of customer service ! Thank you Oliver.

GoogleChris and Robbie were unfailingly helpful and cheerful. E-mails were answered promptly and fully. I was given a personal phone number for Whatsapp communication as I live in Spain and it was always answered promptly. Chris was especially helpful with professional information and details about the whole process as I hadn't a clue having lived outside the UK for 30 years! The whole sales process took over a year - no fault of theirs - and they always remained positive and cheerful, never giving up and never using Covid as an excuse for going slow or whatever. GoogleI have been served by several branches of Dexters. To be honest, I think this is my favorite branch (many other branches' seem to only provide good services to richer buyers, at least I can say some of those in central london, really don't like them at all).
This branch is quite different, the service level and quality seem to be more consistent and better, very responsive and professional.
Amrita has been very nice to me. From my personal experience (using various Dexters branches), she is the best consultant for me. Though my budget was not high, she was very patient and showing me many properties, and eventually found me a suitable property! Very responsive, efficient and honest. Very much appreciated her help.
