Just sold my flat through Dexters Shepard’s Bush office! I would really recommend using them if you’re selling a flat in the area - before the flat was even on the market they managed to get viewings of their existing client base, which is invaluable! Having had the flat marketed elsewhere unsuccessfully for months (due to no viewings or proper marketing) , Georgia and Oliver and the team did absolutely amazing job and managed to get an offer for the flat only after two and bit weeks of me getting in touch with them! Really impressed and definitely the place to go especially if selling to first time buyers market. Post offer support from Avni was great and she kept driving both buyers and solicitors to keep this going and ensure timely completion and exchange. Whilst there was huge number of queries from buyers side, Avni was great in making sure that things are responded to - she’s been very reasonable on a number of occasions and extremely helpful in driving both exchange and completion! Thank you and definitely recommend the team!

We are so pleased to have bought our house with Dexters. Everyone we worked with was super helpful and helped us to deal with any issue that came up- big or small.. Ollie was wonderful- he put as at ease, was always so pleasant and was really knowledgeable about the area including being able to advise us on building regulations, what we could expect with regards to planning permissions etc! Working with Avni was amazing- I have never met a more efficient person! No detail was too small for her to help with- including liaising with other services eg lawyers, insurers etc. Everything that went through Avni was done at lightning speed so much so that we ended up exchanging much sooner than we expected! Georgia managed everything and was the one who actually closed the deal for us so we would like to thank her and the whole team! Would definitely recommend!

Penelope and Avni were great in handling the sale of my flat, and made everything go pretty smoothly. Avni provided a very useful liaison with the solicitors. Solicitors can be quite lazy to pick up the phone and speak to each other, so Avni with her legal knowledge was able to bridge those gaps and kept things moving. Great service that i've not seen before from other estate agents.

Devin showed us round 4 flats in the Shepherds Bush area all of which were really good options. One particularly stood out and, sadly our timings were wrong for us to make an offer. The Dexters' team at the Shepherd's Bush office, particularly the managers, Chris Stamp and Georgia Buckley, were excellent throughout the recent, complicated sale of our property. They showed a commitment to achieving a successful outcome that far exceeded our expectations, especially as the sale was completed during Covid19 lockdown restrictions. Georgia (our allocated advisor) was unstintingly tenacious and thorough in “chasing” the various parties to progress matters when inevitable delays occurred. Also, when further unexpected complications arose, Georgia's professional knowledge and advice on how best to manage them was invaluable; Georgia's regular updates and sensitivity allayed the concerns of all those involved. Georgia showed great professionalism, efficiency and understanding in managing the whole process. All this was done in a relaxed, positive, friendly manner and Georgia's excellent communication skills were evident throughout; all of which were key aspects of achieving a sale within the average timescale despite Covid barriers! The WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM EVER!!!!!! DO NOT LET THEM TO MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY!!!!!! We have some maintenance issues at our flat and it takes them more than a month to solve the issues. Sarah Dowling is the one who I contacted with all these times. She never reply to my emails, never follow up and never give us any updates until our landlord kept chasing them and sent an email to their manager. Very poor service and will definitely avoid using Dexters for our next flat. Maybe they're go at selling properties but definitely not managing them.
