I don't give 5 stars easily or often. Dexters - I've dealt with three of their branches in recent times and I have to say, the only shop on the street that does things properly. Very professional, friendly and speedy in their work. No spam, no undue pressure, no pestering my solicitors as some agents are known to do. Very good at good, fair dealings with all parties. Always someone around to answer the phone and respond quickly when needed. Charlotte and team have been a pleasure to deal with from initial viewing to post purchase support. Outstanding level of service. You'll be my first port of call for the next transaction. Thank you all!

Has had a really good experience with Dexters so far. Found a flat that was perfect for us from the very first viewing with Chantell. Kevin and team were professional and efficient with the admin/paperwork stuff. Now we've settled down and very much enjoying our new flat. The flat is also managed by Dexters: our property manager Anna has been attentive and responsive to all of our queries. The whole experience was stress-free, which is really what you want. I phoned around agencies two months before our move-in date and only Jenny at Dexters agreed to help at this stage. Jenny found us a lovely one bedroom flat in a great location which we would not have found otherwise! Jenny also sorted out everything in good time, saving that dreaded last minute rush! Dexters are a joy to deal with, I originally dealt with a gentleman called Daniel from the Hammersmith office extremely professional, assertive and very hands on. I was then passed on to the Sheperds bush office where another gentleman John was exceptional - helpful, knowledgeable with great Communication skills. We're very pleased with how he helped us, from start to finish and now settled in our lovely new home! I'm positively certain we will use dexters again in any future property activity.

If your looking for straight forward candid advise on where and when to rent, talk to these guys. Having moved to London from Manchester for work with my firm 5 years ago i had no idea what shepherds Bush was like. Thankfully John P not only works here but is a local guy. He has now found me two places in three years. Excellent service. Love the fact these guys are straight talking unlike many sugar coated or fancy agents they did not waste my time.

My experience with securing a tenancy with Dexter was very good. Kevin of whom is the negotiator that dealt with securing my tenancy in my ideal property was truly outstanding he ensured all was at ease for me and exceeded to going the extra mile, I have never had an experience like it with any other Estate Agents. The procedure of Dexters is quite smooth and clear, the APP you use is very easy to use, thus there is no challenging for me to get on track.
