Dexters were great from start to finish with the sale of my flat. My first contact was with Georgia who was warm and friendly and informative. Avni & Amrita were both super diligent, extremely helpful and always put me at ease. Avni was brilliant to liaise with - and kept the sale on its tracks by ensuring all parties including solicitors and leaseholder services were acting on matters quickly and efficiently. Rita was great. We only had a 10 min call on my purchase criteria. That same week she drove me around to see 3 excellent properties back to back. It’s one of the best viewings I had with an agent as she absolutely got the brief right and had top notch properties on hand to show. She understood the market well, and also arranged it so that all viewings can happen back to back so it saves me time. I must thank the team at Dexters, Shepherds Bush from the bottom of my heart. They really made the headache that is selling your home, quite manageable. Thanks to the diligent work from Georgia's team ( Georgia combining a natural bubbly, cheeriness with a serious streak of professionalism), the transaction was accomplished from start to finish in less than three months! Oliver diligently ran interference between myself and the buyer. Thanks to him, every issue that came up was dealt with quickly, and most importantly, diplomatically. Without his help there would have been delays. He was courteous, professional and always on point. Avni was relentless. She'd chase down people, and make sure people were on point. She was really supportive during the tough moments, and really came through for us. Again, if it weren't for her, there would surely have been considerable delays. Dexters has been a very trustworthy agency throughout the process of finding accommodation as students. The communication was clear throughout. While moving into the house, there were a few hiccups, but they were resolved in time. Keishan has been especially helpful in our quest to settle into a new house in a new country. John Pires and his team have done another brilliant job for me, finding new, excellent new tenants and managing a hectic turnaround. I have rented out my property through John's office for 3 happy years now and every step of the way he has been on call and done his level best to make things smooth and run professionally. Georgia in particular was very determined to (and succeeded in) finalise the sale when things seemed to fall apart for legal-related matters.
