GoogleDo not sign up for a tenancy with that agency since you discover at the end of the tenancy that they are not the ones that protect your deposit. They also do not forward communications you send them to the landlord and you only find out afterwards. They also cover their back by giving wrong/partial information to the landlord. Save your money and time. Go somewhere else.

GoogleEstate agent did not communicate right information to landlord. Estate agent washed their hands and keep on blaming tenants. Do not recommend at all. We found out our full deposit had not been given to the landlord and as such had not been protected fully. Estate agent said we did not allow visits at end of tenancy when we gave them specific hours. Stay away.

GoogleI have been dealing with CKB for over 3 years now as they are the managing agents for my property portfolio. They are highly efficient, extremely knowledgeable and always ensure that my expenses as a landlord are kept to a minimum. They offer complete peace of mind and I would reccomend these guys to all other landlords.

GoogleCKB sold our house in Bromley, and although we had survey issues regarding asbestos, they managed to overcome all and complete the sale in good time.

GoogleVery BAD Experience! I came all the way from north London to south to se one flat, agent was late for 15 min. and on the end he even forgot that he doesnt have the key for the flat!!! Seriously?!!! On top of that, the picture of the flat on the website and for the flat wasnt the same!! Would recommend this agency never !!!!

GoogleTheres a pattern that i see with estate agents these days. They offer you their services selling themselves very well but failing to keep to what they say. CKB they are honestly not like that. They are truly remarkable and do what they say they do. I work with CKB often and everytime i do they never fail to impress! Well Done Guys!!

GoogleTerrible customer service and very rude staff. Read terms and conditions very carefully. For every bad review they put up a fake good review!
