Dear Hannah, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We have investigated this matter further and believe the reason the phone went silent before disconnecting was due to a technical fault with our phone lines. We have been experiencing some technical issues with our network and phone lines for the past few days and want to reassure you that our staff would not simply "hang the phone up" on you mid way through a conversation. The member of staff you were speaking to has attempted to ring you back several times and has phone records showing this. Each time he called your phone, it went through to voicemail. If you are still searching for a new home please call us on: 020 3961 9000 we would be delighted to help.
