Called up to ask about a property and organised a viewing. Spoke to a very friendly and attentive person on the phone called Kelly who answered all my queries. Despite the fact that their office had even closed she followed up with me in an email letting me know of all the available viewing time slots for the week.Would recommend for a stress free and flexible experience.

We rented a flat from CKB Estate Agents in the winter of 2021. When we moved in, none of the radiators worked, and so the first night's sleep I could see my own breath. I had to stay somewhere else for the next night before someone came to fix it. Surely someone comes to check the flat is ready to live in before we start paying our rent? Whilst this was all going on, I got multiple messages from CKB asking us to leave them a review - not great timing really! The advert stated that there was off-road parking which was crucial to us. After parking our car on the drive, a neighbour told us it wasn't out drive to park on. CKB said it was the landlady's fault, and the landlady blamed CKB. Whilst I think it was probably the landlady's fault, it was a shame their first reaction was to point the finger at someone else rather than help us resolve the situation. When we were moving out, we had to tell them a couple of times to remove the same parking info off the new advert, so the next tenants didn't have to go through the same problem!

GoogleI have been Overwhelmed by the Help given to by Jack at the Eltham Branch in finding a suitable rent for me. I feel he has gone beyond the scope to given me the best possible options in patience and help whilst I'm working a full time Job. I have found this type of Service really refreshing in such a difficult time. He has been Highly Professional while being Very Friendly and Polite. GoogleI rented a one-bed flat with my partner through CKB for a few months beginning of 2021. Although the staff were generally polite we were unreasonably treated by our landlord and CKB failed to show any understanding. We moved into the new-build property expecting to be able to set-up an internet connection however all providers stated we wouldn't be able to without doing lengthy and costly works. The landlord claimed the property could be connected but offered no proof or support and behaved aggressively when challenged although we were the ones stuck in the situation. CKB absolved themselves of any kind of responsibility and sided with the landlord. Having no access to the internet despite having to work from home (and ramping up costs using wi-fi dongles) we decided to move out. However, we had to pay a fee to end the contract (amounting to 1 months rent). So basically we got messed over, treated like problematic tenants and never received an apology.
