GoogleAgit from CKB estate agents was of great help in fixing a problem in my property. He arranged the visit of a very efficient roofer who fixed the problem. Agit also made sure that the visit took place while I was at home and he called me later to later in the day to verify that everything was done well.

GoogleMy daughter used CKB when she was looking for her first flat to rent - the service she received was second to none. The MD, Cenqiz was professional, extremely helpful and friendly and did everything he could to make the daunting process run very smoothly - nothing was too much trouble for him. Estate Agents usually have a bad name but CKB is like a breath of fresh air - highly recommended :)

Kemal Bicer is always been very helpful and very Proffesional to us , we are very fortunate to have Kemal as our property manager.

Cengiz worked with our specific needs as a young family looking to upsize and guided us through the whole process. We were able to secure an offer in super quick time. GoogleThe property I rented was with 3 different estate agents. I decided to go ahead with CKB and that was the right decision. Amazing customer service and very quick to respond to any queries. There was some issue with a leak and CKB estate agents were able to get it sorted for me even though the didn't manage the property. Very happy with the service I received.

Excellent work selling our house by CKB. We turned to them after over a year trying to sell, using three other agents. They were professional and courteous and pitched the sale very well. CKB is the best. They made everything very easy for me, from moving in to moving out and everything in between. Fatlum and Kelly were great every time. I had an issue with the washing machine in the apartment and it was deal with in no time. Everyone is always on top of everything. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

CKB estate agents were very professional with helping us with our first property tenancy. Kelly and Fatlum were a pleasure to work with and we had some good banter along the way! Fatlum helped us with all the necessary paper work and once we had moved into the property, Kelly was brilliant at resolving any issues we encountered.Highly recommended!

Would be zero if it was possible. Arranged to view a flat at 2pm today. Rang the office thrice at 2.05 as nobody there….told that they had double booked and blamed someone else other than jade! I only booked it at 11am today…which show the incompetence of the agency

GoogleTerrible estate agent. We had a leak which was not fixed through the ceiling. This was not repaired or re decorated throughout our stay. Estate agents run by thief’s stay well away. Communication is poor and extremely threatening. We involved the council on numerous occasions. 5 reviews are family and friends even employers lol cengiz works for the company. Just shows what kind of people are in the company.

Regarding your comments which state that our agency is run by "thief's" - we are members of The Property Ombudsman, Trading Standards Institution and other regulatory bodies which ensure we operate our agency in the most professional and honest manner at all times, whilst adhering to up to date legislation throughout our organisation as a whole. There is no factual evidence or scenarios where our directors / managers have been deemed "thief's" so please refrain from using such terminology. You are correct, a few of our managed properties do belong to Family and friends who, for a number of years have been using other Estate Agents before deciding to bring their portfolio's over to CKB. Because they are friends and family it does not mean they are unable to leave reviews on the service they have received. To summarise, as we were unable to locate your details on our database it is hard to believe this review is genuine. GoogleAttentive and usually work is done within a good time frame. Personalities are great. There's nothing plastic about these guys and sincerely like everyone I've met. In 32 years of renting I can say that's never been the case anywhere else.

Had a great experience with CKB after lots of trouble with various other estate agents. Once I had agreed to let the property everything moved quickly and efficiently, and Beth was a great help throughout the process. They have definitely made moving as stress free as it can be!
