GoogleI must say all the team members at CKB are very helpful,polite and efficient at both branch. (ELTHAM AND SYDENHAM.) GoogleJodie is an extremely efficient and helpful estate agent. She helped me very much with my recent move in the Sidcup area and is always available to answer questions. She even stayed behind after work to deliver the keys to my new flat, so I could move in the next day. This was a massive help indeed. Thank you very much for everything.

if I could give it a -10 rating I would. This company is beyond of a joke. They treat their customers like dirt. Over the 3 x years of my tenancy they ignored reported maintenance issues multiple times, made up stories, disregarded complaints, indirectly caused a damage to my property, lied and denied any wrongdoing. Not wanting to deal with the agency any longer I sat down and wrote a complaint to the landlord - which took me 2.5hrs to write ( after multiple floodings from a blocked shower ) and the lanlord just passed it onto the agency, which shows a complete and utter disrespect to a paying customer ( btw in their reply the agency said they 'disagree' (!)). It started before I even moved in - nobody passed on the keys to me for 4 x days until I called them, and they never told me the garden in the property was shared ( but told me I would 'have to maintain the lawn' ). Let that sink in. This company is an absolute height of arrogance ( btw I always paid rent in advance, was not late a single time )

GoogleI would stay clear of this estate agents. I have been renting in London as a professional for five years, and while there management was okay - there handling of their tenants deposit is horrendous. They act as if it is there money and give no clear update to when you will get it back, after one month they suddenly tried to take nearly a thousand pounds off us for faults and mould that already existed at the property and regarding the property. Very disgusting given the already exorbitant prices we pay.

GoogleAwful, AWFUL experiences with this estate agents to the point I've had to get lawyers involved. Communication is shocking! Either non exist or they try to gaslight and blame you for their negligence. Reading the reviews going back years they clearly have not changed or improved. Stay away

GoogleJemma was out letting manager to the one of the property. She was prompt and very clear with all the queries we had at the initial days. Very friendly and soft spoken. She guided us right when we were in doubts. Later we have decided to rent the same property Michelle took over to our case. She was big help to support for all the paper works, she was transparent and cleared all the doubts we had and she made the process smooth till we moved in. So happy for these 2 wonder women. Who helped us to get the house we liked. The whole process has been very smooth and organised. Thanks to CKB team

GoogleJack from CKB was professional and prompt in replying to any questions I had, updating me with the status and he was pleasant in person when conducting room viewing. Helen in the Sydnam office was very helpful when I handed in a copy of IDs. Michelle was super efficient in chasing required papers from service suppliers and managed to get the job done in time. Cracking team!

GoogleVery poor experience from the start. When reporting issues, response times are poor, work always takes much longer to arrange than they should , thats if they are arranged at all. We were allowed to move in to the property with heavy mould/damp issues and broken cabinets - which took 6 months to fix. We also had the gas cut off for 2 days because there was a live gas leak in the property and a gas fire they didn't even know about. The workmen used by the agents constantly complete work to substandard, requiring further visits and inconvenience - one issue can take 4 or 5 visits and thats being generous Often the tone of emails are quite rude and we have had at a point, the pleasure of having the director Kemal shouting at us down the phone (as we were seen as difficult for trying to arrange repairs to a leaking roof, mould and a broken front door. Find it very it very challenging to deal with this company, they always have a come back and you always feel like they are selling you. Would advise both landlords and tenants to avoid in response to your reply....no, I do not find it challenging, however I do find it reflective of the tone and approach that your company has taken to its ongoing relationship with us as tenants (Condesing and passive aggressive are words that I would use in this instance) if only vacating your home, the financial implications, the impact upon working arrangements were as easy as getting in touch forthwith

During our interactions with you and your partner, we have been respectful at all times and whilst we could detail the interactions we have had with you and your partner during the last 3.5 years that you have been living in the property, it would not be professional of us to do so. We are however astonished that you feel so strongly about your negative experience but have chosen to reside in the property for such a long period of time, given there are and have been many opportunities to vacate the property. If you would like to terminate your tenancy, please contact your property manager forthwith, I hope you do not find this challenging!
