Would be zero if it was possible. Arranged to view a flat at 2pm today. Rang the office thrice at 2.05 as nobody there….told that they had double booked and blamed someone else other than jade! I only booked it at 11am today…which show the incompetence of the agency

GoogleWe are first time landlords and wanted to make sure we had a good estate agent to look after our property. CKB was very transparent with the whole process no hidden costs and also made us feel comfortable with the tenants moving in to the property. They have treated our property as there own house and found the best possible tenants. We asked loads of questions and all of them were answered professionally and within a good time frame. All our calls were returned and the whole team knew who we was and all of them were happy to help.

GoogleWe transferred to CKB after our house sale fell through with a different estate agents 5 months after the offer was accepted. Within 4 months from advertising it was completed and sold Cengiz, Andy, Sharn and Sophie dealt with us along the way, they were all extremely helpful and kept us informed every step of the way. They made the situation as stress free as possible dispite it being a not so straightforward case which I greatly appreciate.

FacebookI needed a viewing on flat that was still on the market, Jack Aspinall supposed to call me back and let me know when viewing will be available, however he never did, i sent him an email kindly asking to provide me an update, he never responded. would never choose this company, and wouldn't recommend to anyone else, poor service.
