GoogleBiggest THANK YOU's to the team at CKB Estate Agents (Eltham office) particularly Michelle, Cengiz and even Connor... Each of them, particularly Michelle and Cengiz were patient saints with my anxiety and impatience with regards to every little query I had and every chase up. The most friendliest and down to earth local estate agents I've worked with in the area. Thank you everyone, you're all stars

GoogleI called ckb estate agents wanting some advice on what you offer and how it works as this is my first time ever contacting an estate agent. I spoke one of your employees called Laura and was very helpful and gave me a good insight of what your company has to offer! I have had some bad experiences with other estate agents so after speaking to Laura I had more faith in contacting more estate agents! Thank you Laura.

TrustpilotVery helpful
I’ve been looking for a new flat, as my current tenancy is due to end soon. I saw a few properties I was interested in, called up & spoke to a lovely lady called Laura. Laura was very attentive and offered a great customer service. I’ve worked in customer service since leaving school, and I really appreciate when someone goes the extra mile - so I’d like to thank Laura for her time. Unfortunately the properties had already been let out, but I’ll be keeping in touch in case anything suitable comes up soon. Thanks Laura, great service!

GoogleWe used CKB estate agents initially to sell our parents house last year and are now in the process of selling our own property in New Eltham through them. Throughout both sales CKB have been absolutely outstanding, so professional, personable and caring, holding our hand each step of the way. They have made what can be a very stressful time, a very easy and happy experience for us both. For anyone looking to sell, buy or rent, we honestly can’t recommend them enough and we can 100% guarantee you will receive the same outstanding service as we have. Special thank you to Cengiz Kemal and his team for everything you have done for us, we cannot thank you enough. Terri & Allan.

GoogleWhen we decided to put our house up for sale we were not sure as to which estate agency we should go with and was recommended CKB by a friend. So glad we did as the team at CKB have been fantastic. Cengiz who was dealing with the sale of our property has been absolutely brilliant very professional, attentive and caring. We had viewings flying in and soon after secured an offer. Everything went smoothly can not find a fault with anything so happy to have worked with them. Highly recommend these guys. Thanks again to Cengiz and his team at CKB for all the hard work you all put in.

TrustpilotOutstanding Professional Tailored Service
CKB Estate Agents have been exemplary and professional in everyone in renting my flat. As a landlord I've been renting my property for many years with the usual big estate agent chains. My experience has not been great and seems to be a one size fits all service. For example, tenants are not properly checked and interviewed, the rental pricing is negotiated at a low price with false claims that this is the highest that can be achieve in market (in order to get the property off their books and meet their monthly targets), inexperienced agents lack sufficient knowledge and at worse provide inaccurate information and communications are poor whereby I’m often chasing for an update. This was not my experience with Kemal at CKB Estate Agents. Kemal offers a refreshingly new and tailored service against the norm of what is expected. For instance, before taking on my property Kemal provided invaluable advice on how could improve my property to yield the best rental income which I took on board. This achieved excellent results with the number of high viewings and rental value of the property which was marketed professionally with sufficient research on the area and even local events. His office was always on hand to provide feedback, and walk me through the somewhat complex process of renting, offering clear and honest advice. Incidentally Kemal holistic service also extended to provide advice on insurance and tax implications. Kemal was extremely polite and nothing was ever too much. One may be attracted by the brands, advertising and false economy of the large estate agents but if you want an honest tailored service supported by sound professional advice than I would suggest you try the family business of CKB Estate Agents.

TrustpilotDevious and untrustworthy
Were polite and efficient on the phone so initial signs were good. So we went all the way across London after work for a flat viewing. Got to the flat. Found it's above a vaping shop - a total deal breaker as most mortgage lenders won't lend. Listing made no mention of it, no photos showing it. All artfully angled to show only the conventional parts of the building. An honest agent would include this information in a photo or state 'above commercial premises' in the listing. But CKB employed amateurish sleights of hand to bring a heavily pregnant woman across London to a totally unsuitable property. Well done. You wasted everyone's time (we didn't even go inside), you're not trustworthy and we won't be using you again.

TrustpilotExceeded expectations on property sale
Kemal Bicer, one of the directors, led on the sale of my property from the valuation all the way to the completion of the sale. I found Kemal to be highly knoweldgeable about the market and very professional in his approach. Kemal led on the viewings and screened all potential buyers to ensure there were no time wasters, which was incredibly helpful. The agent was highly dedicated to getting the best sale for me so I will definitely use CKB again. I have already recommended them to my friends who are also about to sell their property. Thanks Kemal!

I’ve been CKB’s client for more than 4 years now. They have always found a suitable tenant in a very short time for my property. They are very friendly, professional, reliable and very fast. Since I’ve been with this agency, I have never had any problem finding a tenant. I must thank Kelly for her recent good work, also thanks to Kemal and Cengiz who are very helpful and have done their best for me. Wish them all success.

GoogleJemma is really friendly and welcoming doing the viewings and organised everything quickly, I had some issues with documents but they have been very courteous and patient until I could get them, only negative is the use of 3rd party software for the onboarding process
