FacebookI encourage everyone to do their research before engaging with this company. The owner’s previous companies: ASLAN HOMES LTD was dissolved via compulsory strike-off on 08/2/2022 and ISLAND HERITAGE LTD was dissolved via compulsory strike-off on 16/7/2019. CKB estate agents accepted our application for tenancy and had us pay a holding deposit of £450 on 4/08/2023. After over a month of continuously assuring us we would be able to move in, they informed us 5 days before the move in date, that I did not pass referencing due to inadequate information to pass an income check. I therefore needed to pay 6 months of rent up front to move in. Obviously that was not financially possible and we were left with nowhere to live, to top it off Kemal then refused to refund our holding deposit which is completely illegal. I don’t know how Kemal can sleep at night, for the sake of illegally pocketing £450 and having just put 2 girls in a situation of homelessness. He is completely aware that it is unlawful to withhold a holding deposit due to “a failed income check” despite himself and his staff continuously providing false and misleading information to us and putting us through so many avoidable delays. 2 months later, I sent him a Letter of Advice written by South West London Legal Centres and he still refuses to refund the money owed. It is no surprise that the government has previously shut down 2 of his prior businesses. Note when doing your research, CKB Estate Agents is not a registered company with Companies House. BICER & KEMAL LTD or HEISEL PROPERTY LTD are 2 of the businesses that are registered under the owner’s name, both operating for buying, selling and letting of own or leased real estate.
Absolutely ridiculous!! He shouldn’t get away with all that he has done!!

Being my first rental I didn’t know what to expect but she made the experience so easy to understand and was super helpful in the viewing. GoogleWe chose CKB to sell our property, Andy & Jemma was supporting us with the sale. Both are very professional very kind and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Always listened to us and our requirements before allowing viewers into our property. Honestly, i can’t fault them both and the service they provided us. Jemma did the majority of our viewings, she was always happy and so enthusiastic (my 1yo loved her!) Thanks for all your time and effort in finding us a buyer. My husband spoke with Cengiz quite frequently too, who always made time for him and was happy to help. The second point I’d like to make is actually about a fake review below left approx. a week ago. In their review they refer to the seller as having “no clear intentions to sell”. Well, that seller is my husband and I, and believe me we had all the intentions to sell our property. We naively packed over Christmas as we were given an exchange date of 10.01.22 and really did not expect any issues. Our buyers sent us an email on the date we were supposed to be exchanging contracts asking for a £20,000 price reduction (which later on that day they reduced it to £15,000 - very kind of them!). Of course, as a result of their actions the entire chain collapsed, and they caused a massive inconvenience to everyone involved. Yes, the individual who had the audacity to leave the 1* review was absolutely right, we all lost money on searches, solicitor fees and a private survey. Nonetheless, CKB was fantastic once again and found us a new buyer within a few days. Thanks CKB

GoogleI have arranged to meet Jack to view the flat. Unfortunately I went late and the meet had postponed to the next day. Jack was extremely understanding. Later Michelle helped a lot to complete the whole process. Michelle called many times answered all my questions patiently and guiding me through the whole process in detailed. I was in other country while doing all the process and credits checks Michelle completed all my process virtually. I appreciate all her efforts and thank you Michelle for this. I fully recommend CKB Estate Agents for finding a new property :)

GoogleThe Agency had a quick response to our message. Arranged a viewing the next day. Agent Jemma met us at the property, showed us around and seemed very motivated to help us. Which she did help with explaining all the steps to go through. Within 2-3 days we put an offer together - landlord agreed and we started a reference check process. Thank You Jemma!

GoogleIncredibly unprofessional company. They have sold the company to a new firm without notifying any landlords. Hidden fees and not upholding contracts and now being able to actually contact anyone in management has become impossible. Stay far away.

GoogleWhen we decided to put our house on the market in June 2020 we weren't sure which estate agent to go to. We had valuation meetings with one well known agency and one with CKB. Kemal convinced us that even though CKB wasn't the biggest estate agency, they had customer service at heart so we decided to give it a go. And it was the best decision: house is now sold and all I can say is they have been amazing all along the way, with the house visits, the negotiation and the chasing around the solicitors when we needed it to be completed quickly. YellAppalling Standard of Service and Very Unprofessional
I feel aggrieved about an appalling standard of service received. Due to bereavement I wished to relocate, I found a sheltered property on CKB's website. I spoke to someone seemingly unhelpful, which was curious. I completed a multitude of forms which took many hours and submitted these. When nothing more happened I called to enquire. The agent said the property had now been let. I later learned that the agent had not even submitted my application for the sheltered home. I complained but received a non-response. When I spoke to the Manager asking for an explanation, he was unreasonable and aggressive. To this day I don't know what the problem was, it is quite mystifying but I was deeply upset by this experience and it was the last thing I needed on top of my bereavement.
