Rupert was incredibly helpful when it came to buying my flat. He was always early and there when I arrived for viewings, and accommodating for later viewing slots. He answered all queries I had very quickly and really helped during the selling process to help get the flat to completion before June 30th. I was also recommended by Rupert a very good solicitor, who also helped me complete in under 6 weeks. It has been a delight dealing with them and made my purchase experience very painless

Who knew buying a house could be so fun! The team at Chelwood were brilliant throughout the sales process. Ben and Rupert couldn’t have been more of a pleasure to work with. Our house purchase was a probate sale and a competitive process. They ran the process efficiently and effectively. They were always available to answer any questions we had and helped facilitate negotiations with the seller on a number of points. This ensured the sale was completed at a price that all parties were happy with and on a quick timetable. Ben and Rupert had a really personal touch which made a big difference throughout the whole process. We couldn’t recommend them enough and would definitely look to use them again (to buy or sell) when the opportunity arises.

Faultess, personable, blue-chip service leading to successful sale, without the stress. Finally, an estate agent service has arrived that makes it a pleasure to sell / buy a house. Chelwood Partners have decades of experience working in London and have come together to provide a bespoke and personal service that works in the interests for all stakeholders. Their collective local knowledge provided the correct advice when selling our house. All Partners were reachable at all times. The brochure and video of the property was first class for quality. Their flexibility and willingness to be accommodating throughout the viewings (we have young children) made it a pleasure, not a chore. Gemma's advise during the sales process and negotiations was invaluable. Trust and dependence are rare characteristics, especially when dealing with the materiality of selling a home and Chelwood gave us reassurance throughout. Rupert made the technical aspects, including marketing seem simple, but there was a lot of work in the background to make sure our property was advertised across all portals and demonstrable, data-led follow ups, gave us confidence Chelwood was working hard for us. We can’t even begin to explain how diligent and persistent Ben was when kindly helping execute the final stage of the sales process by helping get the legal-side of events across the line. Our solicitor even commented how experienced and how friendly interacting with Ben was during, what often is, the difficult but necessary legal technicalities of closing the transaction. In short, we can’t recommend Chelwood enough. From start to finish our house was successfully sold, with all parties happy, within 9 weeks, which during the pandemic is testament to the professional, trustworthy and experienced service Chelwood delivers. You couldn’t select a better estate agent, don’t look elsewhere, have confidence in selecting Chelwood.

Sale of 5 bedroom terraced house Broomwood Road Clapham Chelwood, which in my case was Rupert and Ben, dealt with the sale of the above property in a superb and highly efficient manner. The whole episode was brought to a conclusion very quickly, and this was down principally, in my opinion, due to the unique method in which Chelwood operate. You deal SOLELY with a mix of the three mature and experienced partners each with a wealth of experience. You are not passed on to junior and inexperienced staff - which they do not employ. In my case I was passed seamlessly back and forth between Rupert and Ben - who were both always fully up-to-date with every detail of my sale. They gelled perfectly - and in three way telephone conversations exuded the professionalism of an 'Ant and Dec'. They are the best firm of Estate Agents I have ever dealt with', and I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you have a property to sell in their locality .... please give them a try. Some may argue that, at the right price, a property will sell itself but during a year-long search we experienced both ends of the real estate agents spectrum and everything in between: from Chelwood Partners' impeccable service to the downright unscrupulous behaviour from another small, local firm. Chelwood Partners resurrected the sale of our home a year after we were gazumped elsewhere -then more than made up for that disappointment by finding us a fabulous and rare opportunity exactly in our search area. Our sale was handled efficiently, immediately getting us several offers, then helping sort though those to find us the best buyer. They were always respectful of our home and very accommodating. They also kindly offered advice on potential purchases even if through other agents, were always responsive when we had questions and stayed on top of the entire process. Rupert, Ben and Jemma are professional and incredibly patient. They are above all decent, caring people who are an absolute pleasure to do deal with. In a business where reputation is everything, Chelwood Partners are definitely good guys.
