Chelwood Partners were by far the best real estate agents we dealt with in our house purchase process. Gemma was wonderful in coordinating the process, always available and responsive and made sure the entire purchase was smoothly completed and in a fairly short timeline! You can immediately tell that they are different from the agents from large real estate companies who are competing with each other and have different incentives. In contrast, Gemma, Rupert and Ben work seamlessly as a team together and jump in for each other to provide additional support. My husband and I also distinctly remember a house viewing with Gemma few months prior to buying the house we ended up with, because she was so warm and different from other agents in enquiring about our needs and providing advice on what kind of property and neighborhood would be the best fit for it. Chelwood truly went over and above - we bought our house through them and wouldn't hesitate going to them for a sale for whenever we move. Would highly recommend them as agents!

Honestly, before using Chelwood, I thought all estate agents were the same and you end up at the same point anyway. But Chelwood provides an extra level of service that ushers the whole process along very smoothly. It helped that they were in the same building as the solicitors we used so they could have conversations between them and see exactly what needed chasing and by whom. You won’t be passed from pillar to post trying to get your sale through, as is the case in other places!

We could not recommend the team at Chelwood Partners enough. From the moment we applied they were prompt in setting up a time to view the apartment. I bought my house through CP and it was easy from beginning to end because they have such great experience and communication skills. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they were genuinely thrilled for me when it all went smoothly. They are a small, but perfectly formed agency of people who know the local area incredibly well and go above and beyond in finding you the right house and then making the process as painless as it can be. I recently bought my first house through Chelwood, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Rupert, Ben, and the team were amazing, from the initial viewing, through to completion, and everything in between. We cannot recommend Chelwood partners enough. Hands down the best estate agents you will find in London!!! Gemma, Rupert and Ben know there stuff and make the process very simple from the start. Deciding which estate agent to choose in London is one of those tasks no one really wants to embark on as typically it will mean having a sub par conversation with a chump who’s spent more time increasing the size of his tie not than working out how to sell your property. Chelwood are not this. In fact they are as refreshing as it comes and it was such a relief to meet them and start the process. Their experience selling property is clear from the outset and they do everything to get the job done. Our experience was excellent from the first meet right up to the day the keys changed hands and I would recommend them to anyone. It's hard to imagine a better team to get you through what is well documented to be one of life's more stressful events. Through Chelwood's three partners you benefit from a huge amount of industry experience, but their USP is their personal touch.
