Very happy with the exemplary service provided by the Chelwood team. They are polished, efficient experienced. Service levels and response times are the same from the first day of the pitch to the end of the process and all times in-between. They understand that the sale process does not end post agreeing a price and help chivvy the chain along. They are always a pleasure to work even during the inevitable minor hiccups in the process. GoogleI recently sold my family home 'between the commons' in SW11 with Chelwood Partners and I could not have been more delighted with the experience with Rupert, Gemma, Ben and the entire team behind the scenes. Chelwood sold my home at asking price within an astonishing five days, despite it being the quiet high summer period. We have lived in the area for some time and know all the local estate agent options quite well. Chelwood's service is miles above all the local competitors. Not only do they have a genuine encyclopedic knowledge of the area but they're immensely practical and on hand to do absolutely anything to get the job done quickly and with minimal hassle and fuss for their customers. Even small touches like establishing a group WhatsApp chat to handle the practical points and offering to let tradespeople in and out in the run up to exchange were greatly appreciated. I would like to genuinely thank Chelwood for all they have done for us, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell, buy or rent in the area. You couldn't be in better hands.

GoogleWe feel so lucky to of stumbled across Chelwood Partners during our rental property search! After being pressured to no end by other estate agent branches, Gemma and her colleagues were a breath of fresh air, they didn't try to rush us into a decision and held the property for us a lot longer than most agencies would've done in the current market. I can't recommend them enough, for the first time in our search we felt treated like actual people rather than just a number contributing to monthly target. The property we've moved into is everything we were looking for and more - truly our dream home!
