GoogleI have had a really great experience with Central as a first time buyer. They explained everything in an accessible way and kept me in the loop about the whole process. Their knowledge of the area is fantastic and I would highly recommend them. Rich especially made the process less stressful and talked about the properties realistically and honestly. Katie was absolutely amazing at communicating what was going on and regularly updating me, Which I can’t thank her enough for! Thank you Central, I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleCentral Estates (in particular Danny Firth) were excellent in helping me secure my home. After nearly a year (and losing out on 3 houses) I nearly threw in the towel but glad I didn’t and moved in on Friday. Danny was great, always on time, called me with the right houses and didn’t spam me with houses that didn’t fit my criteria. Most of all he’s a nice guy with none of the ‘typical’ estate agent traits. Just wish I’d sold through them too. Stu

GoogleSold my flat in Leyton in 2010 with this bunch of absolute crooks, and I really wish I hadn't. They over-value your property then try to bully you into accepting a much lower offer by shouting at you down the phone and telling you a pack of lies to try to scare you into selling your property. The owner Richard Mahar is an absolute lowlife, a slimey lying money-grabbing psychopath, who will tell you anything just so he can get his grubby hands on your money. The manager Neil Ewan used to respond to comments here, tediously trying to claim every negative review was a fake review put there by a rival agency. He stopped this when it was revealed Central had been posting fake 5 star reviews themselves and Neil had tried to BRIBE someone who posted a negative review into changing their review.

James gave us a very realistic valuation and overview of the market and the sales team did a fantastic job with the level of viewings generated. We are extremely happy with the price that the team managed to achieve for us and that they got the sale through quicker than we thought was possible! Very impressive given the dire state of the market at the moment and various horror stories that we have heard! A special thanks to Rich for putting up with our barrage of calls and emails and generally taking care of us. Massive thanks to all the team for their hard work! Would definitely recommend!

GoogleSuch a nice experience using Manaan & Central Estate Agents to find a tenant. They take all the pressure of checking tenants id's & right to rent away from landlord, and find some good tenants. Manaan was so efficient, dealt with all my requests in a professional manner. He saw so many tenants in a short period of time and dealt with them all and found me the perfect tenant.

GoogleManaan was great from the start. Showed us the same property 3 times and was very patient as we took 2 weeks to make a final decision. He kept us up to date with other properties as well. The moment we decided to take the property it took Manaan around 3-4 days to sort out the references and got us moved in very quickly. I could not recommend Manaan highly enough.

GoogleAlthough I didn’t end up purchasing my property through central estates I still wanted take the time to leave a review for Joe at the Leytonstone branch. From the moment I called I could see he truly had my best intentions at heart and every property he called/emailed about suited the style I had explained I was after, it is unfortunate I couldn’t find through himself however the agency I experienced was much more pro active that what I found else where, best of luck!
