My girlfriend and I found flat searching with Central Estates (and Rich in particular) absolutely wonderful. Although we didn't end up buying with CE, Rich made the whole process enjoyable, easy and comfortable -- especially important as we were first time buyers. He was friendly and knowledgeable, ready with guidance/advice, but never pushy. The whole team was always patient and thoughtful and the customer service excellent. Wholeheartedly recommended!

I've been renting through Central Estate Agents for the last couple of years with no issues. They respond quickly to any house repairs or queries. If you can choose your property manager, I'd recommend Nancy Markou as she is not just efficient but also makes the service feel more personal. At the end of the day, even though I don't own the property I live in, it is still my home and Nancy takes that seriously.

I can throughly recommend Richard at Central if you are looking for someone to sell your property. He gave us a truly personal service when we sold our flat - he always knew what was going on, where things were up to and was easy to get a hold of, either on the phone or WhatsApp. He was very proactive when it came to getting viewings from buyers he thought might be interested He knows a huge amount about the local property market and could always be relied on for sound advice. Don't know where we would have been without him.
