I can throughly recommend Richard at Central if you are looking for someone to sell your property. He gave us a truly personal service when we sold our flat - he always knew what was going on, where things were up to and was easy to get a hold of, either on the phone or WhatsApp. He was very proactive when it came to getting viewings from buyers he thought might be interested He knows a huge amount about the local property market and could always be relied on for sound advice. Don't know where we would have been without him.

As a buyer, I felt that the process of viewing, and putting in an offer on a property was really smooth and supportive. Harry was excellent and really well informed both during the viewing and after.

I recently used Central for the sale of my property and was very pleased with the service provided. The team were professional, responsive, and kept me informed throughout the process. They offered sound advice and handled all matters efficiently, making what can often be a stressful experience much smoother. Communication was clear and timely, and I always felt they had my best interests at heart. I would happily recommend Central to anyone looking to buy or sell a property, and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again in the future.

I have not been into the office, but Manaan was always available to help with any issues I had, usually via email. Our office is in Bath, so it was always nice to have a contact that is willing to go above and beyond to help out with a potential new tenant. Well done, Manaan has been fabulous!

We marketed our property with Central after having been on for about six weeks with another local agent without receiving any offers. Central had a different approach, making the most of the best features and being pro-active in the promotion. We were most impressed as, after only one weekend, we had several offers on the table to choose from. However, from this point on, things didn't progress as well as we expected. It became very difficult to speak with anyone from Progression, even to the point of asking the agent we were buying from to try to get answers, which, unfortunately. the were not able to get replies to messages/phone calls etc. Central, in our opinion, need to improve their communication with

Had a good experience with Central all round while renting our flat through them. Nancy was our property manager and she communicated with us well through the tenancy and made sure things were sorted for the tenants promptly.

I've been using Central for property management since 2015 and they are still the best in Walthamstow when it comes to understanding the market. Recently Nancy and Manaan from the team re-marketed my property and found new tenants in under a fortnight - during the process they have both been super helpful and communicative and made what could have been a complex process vey smooth and easy. Thanks both!

we recently exchanged contracts on a property through Central Estates and would highly recommend them to anyone. We had a few unexpected mortgage related issues pop up on our end that made the process lengthier than anticipated and Central did an excellent job communicating, staying on top of everything and advancing the sale. Thanks Katie and team!

Central are genuinely brilliant estate agents and great people to work with. After meeting a few of their team, I trusted them to sell my flat as they were already selling the house my partner and I wanted to buy. This proved time and time again to be such a valuable decision. Throughout the whole process they've been engaged, proactive, professional and focused on getting everything over the line while keeping everyone involved happy. The transactions haven't always been easy (definitely not down to Central!) and there have been so many occasions where we've seen the true value of their decades of experience come into play. We couldn't be more grateful for everything they've done to help us and we'll be recommending them to all of our friends who are considering a move into the areas they cover. If you're on the fence, look no further. I really don't think you'll find better. A big thanks again to the whole team!

Many thanks Nancy for all of your help, you are an asset to Central and always put any concerns we have at ease.

We sold our flat through Central this year and we are so pleased we went with them. The MVP by far was Richard Maher, who was absolutely vital to our sale going through. Rich put in so much time and effort, he went above and beyond. He provided fantastic experienced advice to us throughout the entire process and counselled us when we were unsure how to proceed. He sometimes felt like our therapist. Trying to move home through Covid has been an unusually challenging experience. Rich has been there every step of the way to make it happen. He helped us navigate the uncertainty of lockdown, he quickly found us another buyer after a Covid-related pull out, he helped us secure the property we were now buying on the other side of Walthamstow. His knowledge of the industry and of the local area are unparalleled. And he’s a really nice person to deal with. We would honestly not be moving house now if it wasn’t for Rich.

As prospective buyers, we were very impressed with Central Estates. We dealt mainly with Shah, who understood what we were looking for and went out of his way to help us achieve an accepted offer. Unfortunately, the sale fell through, but Shah was helpful even afterwards when we were negotiating through another agent. Many thanks!

Amazing from start to finish. As a novice landlord, renting out my 2 bed flat in Walthamstow, I found the process from start to finish smooth, speedy and really reassuring. I have to specifically call our Manaan who found multiple suitable tenants and got me an excellent price, but also Nancy and Kodie who had me on the phone in various states of panic and who walked me through each stage and sorted everything. If you’re thinking of letting a property, I would highly recommend these guys to both market and manage it for you. Can’t thank them enough.
