After a poor experience with a more "hip" local agent we decided to go with Central. Difficult market conditions meant we needed an agent with the experience & expertise to make the most of all viewings (something the other agent didn't do). Central understood our position & promised only senior agents would manage our viewings, not only did they deliver on this promise we got 11 viewings in the first week, before our ad hit Rightmove! We received 2 offers & Central guided us through the process to what has just become a successful exchange of contracts. Huge thanks to Richard & his team!!

We have been with Central Agency for almost three years and our experience has been quite alright. Two days ago, the property manager (Nancy Markou) came for an annual inspection and all I can say was that Nancy is a very positive and bubbly professional with an eye for a detail. We had a lovely chat, and she also explained to us all the questions we have had for her. If you have an enquiries regarding the property you are renting certainly Nancy is the best person to help you with. We were very happy with her visit.

Martyne Hatton is the manager of the property I've been renting for the past year. If I could give her 1000 stars, I would. She's super communicative, responds in the blink of an eye, always follows up to make sure any maintenance issues are fixed properly and on time, advocates for me, and is a wonderful go-between between myself and the owner of the property. She handles communication between myself and the property owner with ease and never seems flustered. She's even managed works project that affected four flats on our block, and tbh, I hardly noticed the works were happening because she kept things running so smoothly. I'm moving out for reasons unrelated to the property itself (which is lovely!), and one of the saddest parts about it is that I won't get to work with Martyne anymore. If you're reading this and you're her boss, give her a raise. Seriously.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with an estate agent. My wife and I moved to Australia for a year and decided to rent our property out. Central seemed to be quite prominent around Walthamstow so we decided to go with them. What a mistake.Problem tenants were now residing in our beloved property being managed by a rogue Estate agent where communication is non existent.The tenant’s we’re having massive party’s every weekend and so much Damage was caused.Nancy,Kodie the Central staffs attitude was “We don’t care” “You’re in Australia “This experience has caused us nothing but stress . Don’t be fooled by all the Central signs you see around E17 this outfit just want your money for doing the bare minimum. They had a job to do and they failed miserably on every level

I use Central to rent my property out. They have guided me through the whole process and nothing at all has been any trouble. We've just exchanged on a house purchased through Central, and they have been very helpful, communicative and supportive throughout the process. We were looking for quite a long time and had a few interactions with Central on different properties, where the approach from some sales agents was blunt and on occasion plain rude (which is why this isn't 5*). But from the time we got in touch about this house, Shah was very helpful and provided the info we needed to make this big decision. We were given clarity on the competitiveness of our offer and so were able to pitch our bid in the right way, and get the house. Once the sale was agreed, Katie and the sales progression team were great. We had several setbacks (on our side) through this process and Katie managed the process fairly and transparently to help make sure this all kept moving and eventually went through. Overall, a really positive experience once we found a sales agent we got on with, and in the difficult job of closing out the sale Central were spot on.

Mikhael Brown booked a viewing for me but it was extremely poorly organised and noone turned up to let me in. Mikhael was progressively combative and rude in 5 follow up emails where he stated I must have gone to the wrong address. Very unprofessional, and took no ownership of the situation, and clearly has no empathy or basic customer service skills. Avoid.
