GoogleI've had some bad experiences with estate agents so I was a bit taken aback by the service from Central. Our property manager, Nancy Markou, was fantastic, she was helpful and attentive throughout our entire tenancy. We actually felt like she was 'on our side', which was very refreshing! Highly recommend these guys, five stars with no hesitation.

GoogleReally happy with the service I received from Central - as a first time buyer everything was new to me and I felt quite daunted by the whole process but Paige and everyone else I dealt with gave me good advice and were really helpful and supportive the whole way through. GoogleVery disappointing service and very bad experienc3 with the agency . I was to go and view a property in Walthamstow, drove long way and the agent did not even turn up. To make it even worse when I arranged the viewing the agent was rude and put the phone down. Prior to going I called the office to confirm view8ng and it was confirmed. I was told to be on time as it is Saturday . No one simply turned up. No mobile was provided to follow up the agent. waste of time. Unprofessional

GoogleI can not recommend Central Estate agents enough to anyone that is Selling or Buying in Walthamstow area. Within 10 days they found me a buyer which was impressive. After sale falling through, because of buyer pulling out, Central put the property back on the market and within 10 days another buyer found. It has been a pleasure working with a professional, courteous, switched on and no nonsense bunch of people. GoogleOutstanding from day one!! I have been house hunting for the past couple of months and was reccomended to go to central estates by a friend. When I phoned up I was greeted by Danny who was very efficient in answering all the questions I had bout the current market and area. 2 months down the line I have just had an offer accepted though them and this is purely down to Danny’s excellent listening skills and persistence on getting weekly property lists sent over to me. I couldn’t be thankful enough and can’t wait to move in to my new home. Thank you central estates, I will be recommending you to all of my friends looking to move to the area.

GoogleMoving from Cardiff to London was not an easy task, however, due to Central's sound knowledge of the local area and reliable service, this helped enormously! Found a wonderful flat far sooner than I thought possible, in a price range I could actually afford. I was stunned! Truly friendly staff, who knew what they were doing, especially Bhavin and David. GoogleBought our first house, then three years later sold our house through Central. Was pretty straight forward as both buyer and seller. Felt like we got a good price on both sides. Sometimes difficult to schedule viewings but that's mainly down to volume. Can't say it was a bad experience and we're happy with the outcome. We've recommended another person through them who's also sold successfully and without issue. Good stuff.

GoogleI have a signed contract with Central Estates, landlord name is K. Parrott and Dean Citroen as agent. I moved out in January 2021, so it has been over a year already and after sending many emails, calling them multiple times, I still have not received my deposit back. Both firms are playing it cool and know nothing. Thank you very much

Our records you are still in contract at the property with all the other tenants you moved in with who are still paying rent each month. We would be happy to help with your grievance if you would like to get in contact with our lettings manager, Matt Cole and send over any confirmation from your landlord releasing you from the tenancy we can contact your landlord for you.
