GoogleE17 finest! Throughout the entire process of selling our family home, Central (Mikael) were fantastic. We had a few hurdles to overcome but at every stage they were able to help guide us. Communication was great and we felt like they were there until we Completed the sale. Highly recommended!!

GoogleI have a signed contract with Central Estates, landlord name is K. Parrott and Dean Citroen as agent. I moved out in January 2021, so it has been over a year already and after sending many emails, calling them multiple times, I still have not received my deposit back. Both firms are playing it cool and know nothing. Thank you very much

Our records you are still in contract at the property with all the other tenants you moved in with who are still paying rent each month. GoogleManaan, Nancy and the whole Central team have managed the whole process of renting my property wonderfully, from preparation of the flat, recommendations, repairs, certifications and viewings. Everything has had photos and videos to show what was needed and what had been done, and every step had been clear. A really great experience.

As someone that has had bad experiences with real estate agents and the buying process in the past, it was refreshing to deal with the team at Central Estate Agents Walthamstow. The team were helpful, communication was good throughout, and there were no games. Our contact Rich was particularly helpful. Would gladly deal with them again.

GoogleFantastic company, our experience of buying a home was improved no end by the sale agents at central estates. All viewings were on time and questions always answered. Uncertainties caused by Covid could have broken the chain but great communication from Richard and the team kept it together. Highly recommend!

GoogleListing fake properties on RightMove using pictures from different listings. Remove them asap as will otherwise follow up with the relevant authorities. A number of the pictures used are of my property and will not hesitate to escalate this.
