GoogleHighly recommend Central Estate Agents. They were quick to respond to everything along the way and even helped speed things up in the process when one of the solicitors in the chain went AWOL. All of them were really polite and I felt supported by them in a way I hadn't expected to feel form an agent! Thanks!

GoogleA very professional offering. Central packed in 9 viewings of property all over Walthamstow into a single Saturday of viewings and managed to make each and every appointment on time. In the end, we have gone for a property from another agent but from our experience we won't hesitate to turn to Central if necessary in the future. Many thanks!

GoogleMy experience was certainly not encouraging. During advertising of the property i was informed of 6 week period and when it approached then was told that i had to give them notice of 2 further weeks. Didnt appear proactive and never managed to meet the manager who was accesible until contract got signed after which never managed to have reasonable conversation

GoogleDefinitely recommend central as I have personally done work experience with them for a week but in that week I really enjoyed myself. The week before I had worked in a solicitors did not like it at all compared to working here. I definitely recommend them for work experience as they are outgoing, friendly and welcoming!

Everything you would expect from the team but it was their thoughtfulness and detail in responding to Covid that made us feel confident to work with them after the first lock down. All our meetings with the team reassured us that everyones health and safety was being taken seriously. We knew that our flat was being well looked after during viewings this summer, and we always felt supported at each step. GoogleReally great service! Central were incredibly supportive throughout the entire purchasing process, all the way from making the initial offer on the property to exchange of contracts. Everyone I interacted with at Central were always very responsive to calls and emails. Dean McGowan in particular was very helpful during exchange of contracts.
