Hi Ryan, thanks for your feedback. During the process of you making an offer on the property, another party also made an acceptable offer and paid a reservation deposit. The London letting market does move extremely fast, and we're sorry it didn't work out on this occasion. There are set procedures in place, and whilst any offer is subject to contract, we can only operate on a first-come first-served basis.

this happened twice. The first time i asked for a replacement of an old couch, they ended geting a couch that i cant even fit and small for its place. the second time, my fridge stopped working, they bought fridge again small and very small for its place that it even looks awkward from outside. It si not about me, i will leave the place in a year anyways, but it is only fair for a flat to have proper appliances that suits the whole apartment on a proper scale.

GoogleVery unprofessional lettings agency
I went to see two flats (same building) with their lettings agent.
He managed to be late even though the flats were literally 2m from his office. He also arrived on his mobile, taking a personal call.
I thought to myself "this is unprofessional, but okay:I'm here to see a flat, not make friends".
Showed me the flats like he couldn't wait to get out of there
This was a Wednesday and as I told him I would make a decision on Friday I got the typical salesman talk "O, you need to make up your mind, the flats might go between now and Friday, bla bla bla".
Not the salesman pitch worked but as I liked the flat I call the lettings agent next day, in the morning.
Straight to voicemail. I email him only to get an out of office "I'm on holidays" reply.
I call the office saying I want to rent a flat with them, they bump my call from one agent to another until they say..."We'll call you back".
Seeing how unprofessional they were I immediately went with another flat. Ironically, I'm still waiting for someone to call me back (this was last month!)
So, I can't say how Cedar Estates is regarding how they work with tenants but when it comes to prospective tenants? Amateur hour.
