GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service from Trevor and everyone at Cedar Estates. Our oven broke three days before Christmas when we were expecting to host 10 people for Christmas Dinner. We contacted Cedar on the 23rd and within 24 hours they had found and fitted our brand new oven, saving our Christmas. Without the excellent work of Trevor and his team our Christmas would have been ruined.

FacebookWe have just leased a property with Cedar Estates, through Trevor. He knew the property and the clients requirements really well, so we were confident we were promising applicants. Trevor was helpful, always contactable, and did everything immediately so we weren't waiting to find out whether we were accepted or needed to keep looking. Best experience with a London letting agent!

GoogleRecently rented a property for a year, a truly dreadful company. Showed us the flat, were told all furniture was included, arrived to one sofa missing when questioned they said "we made a mistake but can you just take it as the landlord has already spent a lot". Had a leaking roof that would cut out the electrics. At one point in completing maintenance on the above flat they left a mattress in our garden and when questioned tried to deny it. Charged us when moving out for carpet cleaning in a flat with no carpets. Wasn't going to write to this but to top it all off they couldn't even be bothered to give me a reference to let me rent my next place. London's a rough place to rent right now but if you can feasibly avoid Cedar Estates I would suggest you do.

GoogleI had the pleasure of working with Amir from Cedar Estates as my real estate agent to find my current flat this month, and I must say, his dedication and expertise were truly remarkable. From the very beginning, Amir demonstrated an exceptional understanding of my requirements being a student looking for a flat near my university with 2 distinct bathrooms and a set budget limit, and ensuring a seamless search for my current flat. His guidance and proactive approach made the entire process a breeze. It only took me one visit to the flat to later on seal the deal in a week's time. Amir's timely communication, and genuine commitment to finding the perfect fit truly set him apart, having done viewings with other realtors simultaneously. I'm grateful for his assistance (even so after having sealed the deal, in helping me communicate later on with the landlord). In a nutshell, I recommend Cedar Estates, as their agent was a true professional who goes above and beyond, and their digital platform made all the steps very clear to follow once the flat is selected.

He helped us find a perfect flat in the shortest amount of time, and we could not be more thankful! Courtney, Vicky and the rest of the team have been really helpful and responsive as well. FacebookRacist staff Alex!!!! Absolutely horrendous stay clear!!!!! My friend went in there today to enquire regarding any available properties and the miserable and awful staff member Alex replied with ‘I cannot help you’ for no reason whatsoever but can only assume down to racism as they have an accent. Reading online, this is not the first time regarding racism. Awful reviews online. Glad they didn’t end up using Cedar Estates!

GoogleJust wanted to say a big thank you to the team at Cedar Estates. They have found me great tennants and managed the whole process very professionally. They even went the extra mile when a tenant lost a key on moving day and got it sorted late on a Friday evening. I have found them to be responsive to my tennants and would highly recommend using them.
