trash and unprofessional service, agents were pumping prices and trying to sell a zone 3 flat with a zone 1 price. Measurement is also dumb - they included rooms with restricted height, eaves and entrance hall (like 25% of total internal area), which misled buyers. I mean, even Harry Potter's bedroom is better than the "bedroom" they claimed.

Jordan was fantastic to deal with as a tenant. We have recently secured a flat and dealt exclusively with Jordan. He stayed back after hours to accomodate our viewing and when we weren’t 100% sold on the flat, he then went out of his way to show us two other prospective flats which much better suited what we were after. Jordan stepped us through what we needed to do and as newcomers to London, he provided detail on the areas we were looking. We’re really pleased with how the process went and looking forward to our continued relationship with Jordan! This Estate Agency is absolutely terrible from start to finish. Terrible service, awful attitude, poor maintenance of their buildings. They allowed my disabled housemate to be locked out, without a care in the world. Took ages to fix the outside light when the front door was down a dodgy alley. Only cared about how much the rubbish piled up outside on days when there were viewings. Definitely overcharged for electricity by using a pound coin meter. Please avoid using them, wherever possible. Also - I guarantee you that the good reviews will be being left by the agency themselves, or their friends/family.

Don't rent with them unless you want to get screwed over - we had agreed on a tenancy renewal and without warning my tenancy got cancelled because the landlord sold the building. We were not informed about this at all and when I called them up they tried to gaslight me into thinking I had been warned - couldn't find any email correspondence to corroborate their claim btw. And then when I tried to contact the person in charge of managing my property for a potential landlord recommendation they sent me away. Extremely unsympathetic people, and also very rude and unpersonable to tenants. Few times where i've been met with hostility - from a particular individual - over the phone or via email for requesting basic help with things / when conducting 'cleanliness' checks on the property. Stay away from them!
