GoogleThis company will try and screw you at every turn. They dont fix anything that breaks or call back. I would recommend not paying your last months rent if you are unfortunate enough the live with them now because they will charge you for rediculous things. 10 pound for a fridge lamp ect 20 pound for a normal room light. They are total thieves avoid at all costs.

Hi James, thank you for your feedback. As an established company we are experienced in dealing with a wide variety of situations as they occur. We provide a high level of management service to all Landlords and Tenants in all of our managed properties - without exception. We have looked into the matter you have described and as unfortunately you did not take the time to replace any of the light bulbs in the property or report any of the maintenance issues to be addressed by the Landlord in advance of your departure, we were unaware of them until you had left, leaving us and the Landlord little time to arrange this. The new Tenants were very grateful to us to attending to all outstanding maintenance within the first couple of days of their Tenancy. It is noted that you were only charged for the actual expenses caused by your failure to meet the expectations of the Tenancy. As the rent has no bearing on the deposit, i would not recommend that you offer this advice to anyone. Any non-payment of rent would be reflected by way of obligation in a Landlord reference at the end of the Tenancy and may affect your eligibility for a new property. If you would like to discuss this further, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.

GoogleWe needed a 3 bed flat really urgently (within 3 days). Cedar estates were on top of their game and assisted in everyway they could. We got the place within our budget and on time-including all the paper work. Everything was done well. I highly reccomend them. The staff are friendly and always on call to help.

GoogleI highly recommend Jordan Collins and Cedar Estates. He always followed through in answering our questions and letting us know what was happening in the market. Definitely one of the absolute best agents to work with in London - not only does he work hard for you, but he will be straight with you, too.

GoogleJust another avaricious faceless lazy property rental service in London. Perhaps they treat landlords better, but do not expect any decent service as a tenant. They'll skimp you for any money they can, and they completely impersonal. Would not recommend to any tenant!

We are sorry you feel this way, however the purpose of an independent inventory company carrying out the inventory check in and check out is so they decide on the condition the proeprty is returned to the Landlord. GoogleGotta be a scam. Called 5-6 times, e-mailed numerous times. Can’t get any viewings, can’t get a callback. Most likely racially profiling and choosing who they contact. Shame because I found a property I really liked and was ready to pay the year upfront, but after reading the reviews I’m happy I didn’t. Would stay away from this agency!!!
