GoogleI have been using Cedar Estates and Alex Croft for many years. I'm a Landlord with a property portfolio and Alex has worked tirelessly to keep my vacant periods low and sourcing very good quality Tenants as well as looking after all of the day to day maintenance issues. I have had many bad experiences with agents in the past, sadly, however I'm very lucky to be in such good hands now.

GoogleExcellent! I have dealt with cedar estates as both a tenant and a landlord and have received fantastic service both times. They rented my flat out within one week and were extremely efficient in organising it and bringing tenants to visit. They are extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. As a tenant they were very quick at responding to any questions or issues I had. I would highly recommend them - definitely the best in West Hampstead!

GoogleCedar estates is one of the best agents I have dealt with. Very professional , understood my requirements, and accomdated my schedule to arrange for viewings. Amanda , the agent who handled my requirements was very professional , responsive. and helped me find a suitable flat in no time. When she was on leave there was a backup who was on the case and was equally as helpful. I would highly recommend Cedar to any tenant or landlord.

GoogleI've been a tenant with Cedar for a number of years now and have been perfectly happy with the way I've been treated. Any paperwork or issues have been dealt with promptly and professionally and I also appreciate the fact I have been trusted as a good tenant and haven't had people constantly coming around checking on me. Most of my dealings have been with Alex and he has been straightforward and upfront throughout.

GoogleAlex Croft of Cedar Estates has helped find tenants for my property for at least the past 12 years. Throughout this time, he has remained highly pro-active in screening for appropriate tenants as well as highlighting any problems with the property that need remediation or improvement. In my mind, Alex sets the gold standard for what one should expect from a real estate agent. Highly recommended!

GoogleLove this Agency! I've been dealing with them for 6 years now and am truly impressed. Always helpful and courteous - and efficient! They were particularly tenacious about fighting a battle with a freeholder who was trying not to pay for works that were down to them and not me - it took a year - but they got me my refund!
