GoogleLove this Agency! I've been dealing with them for 6 years now and am truly impressed. Always helpful and courteous - and efficient! They were particularly tenacious about fighting a battle with a freeholder who was trying not to pay for works that were down to them and not me - it took a year - but they got me my refund! GoogleThe senior lettings negotiator is incredibly rude, bitter and has a terrible attitude, certainly not behaviour expected from essentially a salesman. This guy shouldn’t be allowed to work there at all. Considering all the negative reviews about this place, and the vast quantity of excellent agents in London, you’re safer going with better reviewed agents. Would rather be homeless than rent from these guys.

GoogleOne of the worst experience ever. Viewed a rental flat in the past. I was demanded to make my decision on the spot. The agent was a big guy who was just freaking rude. No professionalism, just bullying everyone all his low life. Till this day, I don’t even view rental or sales property if it’s from this business.

GoogleWe rented out flat through Cedars (on the recommendation of someone who knows the local estate agents). We were happy with the level of service we got; from finding the tenant, to dealing with maintenance things during the rental (a couple of leaks, a washing machine that died) to the final check-out, where there were a couple of issues, but which Cedars helped resolve.

GoogleWent for a flat viewing and one of the current tenants got into an argument with us about the ethnic cleansing in Palestine. Instead of remaining neutral, the estate agent decided to side with the aggressive lady. Everyone is of course entitled to their opinion but was disappointed in the level of professionalism.

GoogleIf I could give no stars I would. Truly appalling, unscrupulous and incompetent organisation. I had to deal with an incredibly rude and arrogant member of staff - who seemed to lead the organisation - as they were the managing agents in a property for which I was one of several freeholders. Avoid at all costs.
